This is amit mishra and i am writing a complaint about a transaction happened on 18th dec. 2016 two times of rs. 8000/ towards m/s deepak jewellers through sbi credit card. I amount is cleared and another one is on hold. So, i just want that m-swipe either clear the other amount on merchant a/c or either to me as it has been around 6 months. I am totally pissed off. 6days earlier registered complaint but till no has knocked the door. Giving 4_5 times call in a day completely break me down..
40% sale is down due to this pathetic machine.. Don't know when the technician will arrive.
Whenever i give a call they provide me a complaint token no. For my ref. Whr 2 use?

Credit Card was swiped on 18th April 2017 at MSWIPE machine but till date we have not received the credit in our bank account. So many emails have been sent to different mail id's provided by their staff but with no reply from them.

When I wanted to speak with the seniors I was denied and no phone numbers were provided. I would request for speedy credit of the charged amount in our bank account....

On Nov 14 2016 I have done pos transcation in bangaramma furnishing world, rajahmundry, andhrapradesh. The transaction is failed. After contacting the merchant we came to know that the amount has been put in hold. The merchant talked to customer service and informed us to put a mail. But the mail is not delivering. Buying Mswipe machine was my life's biggest mistake. It's been only 1 month that I bought this damn machine which never get connected and I hardly able to use it. Customer care is absolutely careless about handling complaints. I have contacted Mr. Vivek Jaiswal so many times regarding the subject but he always promises to personally come and solve the problem but always give excuses not to come. Company offers more holidays then working day...

My total bill was 2555 with the vendor. But I was charged for 25555 incorrectly by the vendor who uses your mswipe technology for the card payment. This was then cancelled. and I paid 2555 again using mswipe.

For void transaction, I received the message for the same but amount is not refunded yet.

This was from the vendor M/s Neelam Singh for card xx9006. Transaction date was for 1st April...

Ten days of payment and still not received any machine. Always getting false and different statements from every executive.
One says its with courier boy, other says its is not received yet from the mumbai head office, third person says there is some bank related issue.

I dont know what these guys are upto. I guess direct bank provided machines are better then these people....

I tried for a loan amount of rs 10000 for which i was supposed to return rs10400 /- which i did on 24th march as was my date to make the payment (N[protected] 24 mar 2017 10, 400.00).
However there was a deduction of rs 800 from my transaction amount of rs 8000 on 25th march ([protected] 25 mar 2017 6, 758.00).
