I made two transaction of rupees 3255 from a mswipe pos machine on 8th june 2017 using two different cards.. At the time of transaction machine showed transaction declined but balance got deducted from my
Both accounts. Merchant voided that transaction and told me that i will get my refund in 4 or 5 days. Still i have not received my money. I called my bank branch they told me that after receiving refund from mwipe or retailer they will credit it in my account.. Retailer is saying talk to your bank from his side he has refunded the money..

Company does not clear payments on some days may be holiday or technical error but no intimation from their side.Next day heavy call traffic so no response.charges are also invariably deducted before any intimation.They dont send any proper monthly statement.

    These cunning m swipe peoples wont pay the money on time and wont response for the customers calls. With out any reason these cheaters will hold money and asks for unavailable documents and if we call customer care they will say its in hold department and if we ask for phone number they will say u can only contact through mail, if i sent mail there wont be any reply. As per there terms they should transfer the swiped amount within 24 hours. But these cunning fellows will transfer after one week or ten days that too you need to call and keep on send mails daily

    Dear friends dont go for these cheating company's swiping machine. Instead of this try some other.

    One of the worst call center and worst service, for taking your money you mey have hold these m swipe peoples legs. Becarefull

    these peoples will send messages that zero MDR charges for the day. but when they transfer the amount to your account they will deduct the mdr charges and send, i got the following message that zero mdr but when i got my payment to my account after one week they have deducted the amount and transferred. Dont trust these peoples all fake terms fake offers fake messages.

      I have taken your swipe machine for my shop. Since i am unable to swipe on my machine because after swiping the card machine is giving the message of invalid mid tid.

      Sir i hereby request you to provide a technication for solving my technical issue and. I am sorry to say that i have given complain before 7 days but you have not provided me the technication. I am calling you from seven days and only your executive are only telling that we will send technication in 48 hours.

      Since you are showing that you didnt want customers to purchase yours machine. Sir now i am warning you that i want technication in 48 hours or if you can not provide me technition you collect my swipe and give me my security deposit of rs.2000.

        I have activated an cash at pos service on my mswipe device on 10 june 17
        At the time of activation of this service i was not told that there would be any charges for activating this service.
        On 12june 17 i did a transaction of rs 1200/-and transaction was approved
        On 13june 17 i got a massage from mswipe that rs 704/-has been sent to my bank account i was shocked to know this.

          I had a small transaction of 2450 on my mswipe machine, the payment has been debited from my clients account, it's with mswipe PPL since last 48+ hours. I call them the agents don't have an explanation. They speak the parrot tutorial that was taught to them during training.
          Hold department, so called based in Mumbai with number[protected], the ivr takes the call, puts u in queue for 5-7 minutes n then disconnects.
          They take monthly rent, charges on each swipe and still we have to beg them for OUR money, this is disgusting.
          I have the last 3 call recording with the agents, how on earth a middle man keep your money, and last 48+ hrs, they are earning interest on my money.They must doing this with lot of people and making huge profits this way too.
          It's a shame when the country is trying to progress such people spoil the whole significance.

          I paid money for mswipe device of Rs. 3150 on 29th May 2017, for which i have also confirmation mail from Mswipe. But later no one turned up for installation.

          I tried contacting customer care for the same and they couldnt able to track my payment with my registered mobile number. Even I tried mailing them but in vein.

            Is this the way you are treating the merchants? After having repeated calls and also done with the verification of the receipts, you are not even releasing my amount.

            This is so pathetic and worst response from mswipe.

            Do you think we don't have any other work rather than running behind you for our money???

            Are you understanding what you are doing with the merchants???

            Where is my money man.. After approval why are you taking time to deposit our money back.??

            Just take the minimum responsibility man.
            If anybody stops your money then you will feel the pain.
            Literally you are showing hell to the merchants.

              Hi have made a transaction on 16th march 2017 in which transaction shows failure but amount deducted fro my account. After waiting 50 days they not reverted my money. Shopkeeper says from his account money deducted for the charge back but i dint received any money. Now this m swipe says that when shopkeeper write a mail for charge back then money will be reverted . and now shopkeeper not writing a letter because of double deduction of amount.

                  This is really a pathetic example of customer service...I literally have to chase you everytime for each of my request.I requested you to change my account in your records. when u ppl looking for customer then everday one or the other person will come from ur team but if the same customer has some problem den dey dont have time or want us to do it by ourselves.
                  I do not see what is the problem here, but none of your team revert and resolve my issues.

                    As per the bank statement it is about so many transaction took place in my account as a result of Rs.8000 detected, just because of this immoral activity my cibil score & my reputation is highly affected. Though i have cancelled your Mswipe account a year before, Even after cancellation you have charged Rs.900 rent fees too these activity shows chilly behavior of your company. Totally its about Rs.8900 you have to refund me back.

And the monthly rental is also being debited from my account for the past three months (March, april, may). I havent used the device for last three month then why should i pay the rental. When i called again and again the customer care, there is no proper response from mswipe.
                        I call many times but everyone said me they forword my request to related department.
                        I am very frustated for this kind off issue.

                          Sir thanks for the provided (attached) bank statement. However, it is reflecting the deduction of Rs.900/- instead of Rs.8000/- as mentioned by you. Kindly provide the statement wherein total deduction of Rs.8000/- is reflecting.

                          We have been using this device since more than a year and suddenly no transactions can be done from the past one month. I tried contacting Mswipe customer care again and again and have also dropped them an email couple of times. Every time they say that some representative will visit our premises but nobody does actually. I am really pissed off with mswipe this time and no more wish to continue with their services.

                            Hi,

                            I was sold a Mswipe POS machine by Mr. NAVEEN PATIL. He provided me wrong information while selling the machine. He told me that there would be no transaction fee charged to me on any card swipe on this machine and I would be paying only 300 monthly rent. Later when I received the welcome kit and the welcome call from the company I found out that there are transaction fees on every swipe apart from rent. I immediately asked to cancel the machine and refund my deposit if I was not getting the deal told by the executive whose name is mentioned above. Company did not pay any attention to my issue and did not even bother to call me.

                            Mswipe technologies Company has marked this complaint as resolved. I haven't received any resolution so far. Only one of the mswipe executives came to my store to collect the device.                                 Dear admin,

                                This is amit mishra and i am writing a complaint about a transaction happened on 18th dec. 2016 two times of rs. 8000/ towards m/s deepak jewellers through sbi credit card. I amount is cleared and another one is on hold. So, i just want that m-swipe either clear the other amount on merchant a/c or either to me as it has been around 6 months. I am totally pissed off. I did this transaction by my sbi credit card and they have provided me the transaction slip which shows that you have received it with invoice no. [protected] and [protected]. Now, what to do?? I have mailed them so many times and m-swipe customers care is not listening to any one neither m/s deepak jwellers nor me. Please escalate this issue.

                                  Dear Sir, as we got revert form our team, you have outstanding rent for period Mar 16 to Mar 17 for rs 3900. So we send esc deduction for total 3900, out of which mswipe received Rs. 900/- and balance Rs.3000/- was bounce due insufficient balance. The debits in customer's account is charge by your bank toward ECS bounce charge and We received only Rs.900/- towards 3 months rental.

                                  Company people very rude and want only rental without service. Worst case I have never seen like this people.
                                  M-swipe company[protected] i have cancelled the machine 1 year back ! and still the money is being deptd. from my account ., there is no need to bounce the cheque again and again after cancelling your service, this is totally a fraudulent activity from your side . and i need proper response and also to refund the money (which includes the bouncing charges as well) . i am done with your service and no longer want to cont. if i don't get proper response, this issue ll be taken to next level .
