Issue - as on date[protected] total swipe amount is 1509/- and credited amount is 1112/- so the difference is 397/- rs so kindly solve my problem. Thanking you.
As this complaint is also being forwarded to the company employee but they told it will take 120 days to resolve this so now more than 120 days have passed...

This is really a pathetic example of customer service...I literally have to chase you everytime for each of my request.I requested you to change my account in your records. when u ppl looking for customer then everday one or the other person will come from ur team but if the same customer has some problem den dey dont have time or want us to do it by ourselves.

As per the bank statement it is about so many transaction took place in my account as a result of Rs.8000 detected, just because of this immoral activity my cibil score & my reputation is highly affected. Though i have cancelled your Mswipe account a year before, Even after cancellation you have charged Rs.900 rent fees too these activity shows chilly behavior of your company. Totally its about Rs.8900 you have to refund me back....

6days earlier registered complaint but till no has knocked the door. Giving 4_5 times call in a day completely break me down..
40% sale is down due to this pathetic machine.. Don't know when the technician will arrive.
Whenever​ i give a call they provide me a complaint token no. For my ref. Whr 2 use?

Non credit of swiped amount

Credit Card was swiped on 18th April 2017 at MSWIPE machine but till date we have not received the credit in our bank account. So many emails have been sent to different mail id's provided by their staff but with no reply from them.

When I wanted to speak with the seniors I was denied and no phone numbers were provided. I would request for speedy credit of the charged amount in our bank account....

Buying Mswipe machine was my life's biggest mistake. It's been only 1 month that I bought this damn machine which never get connected and I hardly able to use it. Customer care is absolutely careless about handling complaints. I have contacted Mr. Vivek Jaiswal so many times regarding the subject but he always promises to personally come and solve the problem but always give excuses not to come. Refund for the VOID Transaction

My total bill was 2555 with the vendor. But I was charged for 25555 incorrectly by the vendor who uses your mswipe technology for the card payment. This was then cancelled. and I paid 2555 again using mswipe.

For void transaction, I received the message for the same but amount is not refunded yet.

This was from the vendor M/s Neelam Singh for card xx9006. Transaction date was for 1st April...
