[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — Payment not received for [protected]@kotak

Hi,
I did two 20K-20K transactions on 20 December 2021 to [protected]@kotak. The money for the first transaction got credited. But the credit of 2nd transaction did not happen.
But 40k got debited from my accounts.

below are UPI transaction IDs.

2.[protected]

I have been taking followup for the last 4 months, but nobody is responding. So please help me regarding this.
