Mswipe Technologies — Payment on hold

I don't understand why do I have to go through this everytime?

Again, I had a payment of 99000 and as they have mentioned that the daily limit of my transaction is 100000 rupees still they have put on hold.

I have sent everything on their whatsapp number and email ID in the morning itself and still no answer

Even customer care executives have no updates. My relationship manager says that it is not his responsibility

Is this kind of service should we expect from?

I apologize to say that MSwipe have highly poor customer support services.
one complaint(TBK[protected] was registered on 16/07/2017 and till now there is no response from your side. I have got one call on 08/08/2017(Time 05.41PM) and one senior officer had discussed issue and he told me that he will be calling after 20 minutes and will be providing resolution after discussing higher authority but till now I have not got any call.
Every time Mswipe customer support executive tells that within 48 hours, you will get call but I think MSwipe will call me after 48 days!!!

Highly poor services...
Please call me and discuss the issue otherwise close this type of poor services and collect your device.
