Machine sold but not working

MAchine sold but not working, but you are montly taking an ecs of 300 for what then your customer care does not give or transfer the call to the superior's.

I need all the refund for the monthly detected rent with double interest and also the service to be cleared in 24 hrs. if not I will be forced to send you a notice from my advocate and claim all damages from your end of giving false recommendation and selling the machine....

MSwipe machine not installed...Sales agent Deepak not answering calls.

I had requested for 2 MSwipe machines for my office (in Delhi) on Tuesday 30th Aug16, and made advance payment on 31st Aug16. The sales agent (Deepak Sharma) promised me that the machine would be installed in 2-3 working days.

I called up this guy on 3rd Sep 16, but he requested more time and said that it would be furnished by 5th Sep16(Monday).

I have not heard anything from him on the update and now he is even...

Unwanted deduction my account

Dear Sir,

It is a 420 company. Service is the worst I have 2 years from the device to deactivate the request * said. But every time I have spoken, that you wait 24 hours for 7 to 10 days do you do weights. But 7 to 10 days every month, while the 2 years have passed and our accounts are deducted from your device rent. I am very upset and does not understand what they do not have a number in addition to a customer care number...

I am not someone who would ever want to publicly shame a business and i would have never wanted to write this review had i not been pushed to the edge. I cannot comment on the quality of the product since i have not used it so far but as far as the customer support is concerned, this is the worst team who seem to have no idea what being responsible in a business means. I was duped into buying their device with gprs facility in the first week...

Fraud company

My area sales officer rajesh sutariya -[protected] booked machine but not delivered on commitment time... i cancelled machine on date :14/07/2016 but my booking payment rs.2067 is not giving back... and he blocked my mob. no... his senior rahul makwana - [protected] city sales officer also not pick my call also and avoid me... very fraud... pls. don't buy this machine......

Faulty g2 swipe machine supplied

ECS Deduction

I have been deducted twice every month for my swiming machine, actually i used to have 2 swiping machines, have cancelled one and continued with the other one. I have been deducted by ECS for both the machines, how will they deduct amount for the canceled one.
For the same this i asked to raise a complaint and give me the complaint number its been 4 months, i have been deducted the amount but no complaint raised my mswipe, when called...

Payment on hold

Transaction put on hold

Hi

I have done a transaction of rs 1 lac on 2nd of june but tha same has been put on saying it as an high value transaction. Because of this i was asked to submit the invoice which i have done on the same day . But still my payment is not released till date

Wisepad is not issue i already pay 4500 rs

And now idont want any machine on my shop so plz refund my money (4500₹) as soon as possible

We had small chat on the machine like how to use and all that I asked him from when can v us the machine he told from tomorrow and today is 5th day...

I installed mswipe machine in my shop. But i am not use mswipe machine so request to deactivation to sales person mr. Kesavan ([protected]). He is come my shop then told without transaction not possible de installation. So swipe the card (Rs.100). But debit in card holder account two times different amount (Rs.115 & rs.100). Mr. Kesavan told rs.115 not debit in mswipe so contact your bank then after two days your machine deactivation is done....

Money buggers & still charging after 1 year of account closure

Worst customer care centre to resolve the problem

I have swapped my card on 1St may 2016 of rs 35000 twice but one transaction is settled but another was put on hold due to same amount then I called their ccc they asked me to do this and that after all things done by me they simply says this transaction is not settled on 10thmay 2016 after passing 10 days but still no settlement done by mswipe team.
They provide Watsup no of account department but they are unable to help the query....

Complaint

Compalint no tbk 00320198 . I had taken mswipe machine on[protected] and cancelled the machine on 15-02-16 we surrendered the machine but I had found 4700 was deducted from my account as acr chargees for no reason. On calling their call centre they say we are taking complaint and we will refund the money. I had given 3 times complaint against this. After closing the machine they charged me unnecesarily....
