I have written to customer care and also have called number of times but still no proper response and my money is on hold. However, I have provided all necessary documents through email and also through your whatsapp number.

I dont understand, what kind of verification is required to approve a genuine transaction? After providing customer card details and id proof still my money is on hold.

This is how you guys cheat customers due to which most of the people do not believe/trust Indian companies.

The Service provided is awful and very very worst.

    Sir, i am the proprietor of r. M. Enterprises. I taken the service of swipe technology from mr. Amit kumar upadhay his contact no. Is [protected]/[protected]. I given cheque of rs. 1200/- my cheque no. Is 152158 of syndicate bank but till now i am not getting swipe machine due to this i am getting many problem. So, kindly solve my problem or otherwise refund my amount with interest. As soon as possible.

      Sir my name is kamlesh jain my firm name is alfa gifts & novelties, on 23/04/2016 my account was closed complain no tbk00312467, on 28/04/2016 ur company represntative named prashant had taken the device from me on calling to ur company 01/05/2016 i came to know that my device has been received by our company, than on 10/06/2016 ur company deducted rent amount from my account 200/ for that i have again complained to ur comapny, now on 29/09/2016 again the company deducted total 1500/ rupees in differnt amonuts which i compalined to ur customer care on 30/09/2016 tbk00553232 spoken to amita, 01/10/2016 tbk00555893 spoken to ritu, 02/10/2016 tbk00558297 spoken to cham, 04/10/2016 tbk00553232 spoken to palak, 07/10/2016 10.45am tbk 00568135 spoken to jomes, 07/10/2016 tbk00568244 spoken to anju they all give me differnt statment they all provide me with differnt email id. So i want to take some seroius steps against the company & refund my 1700/ back to my amount though i replied several times on the email id provided by them but all the time i receive email sent failure as the email id does not exist like many customers are harrased like them i a corporate firm does this kind of fraud than what should i do. My mobile is [protected]. Providing my bank satement in which the amount has been deducted.

          MAchine sold but not working, but you are montly taking an ecs of 300 for what then your customer care does not give or transfer the call to the superior's.

          I need all the refund for the monthly detected rent with double interest and also the service to be cleared in 24 hrs. if not I will be forced to send you a notice from my advocate and claim all damages from your end of giving false recommendation and selling the machine. and then no body turns up for complaints raised earlier, also.

          First send the refund of all rent taken and then re set the machine.

          in ramamurthy nagar..on September 2016 i have taken m swipe device From sales executive by name ashok DEVICE NUMBER [protected] REG MOBILE NUMBER [protected] he said within a week it will get activated its already 1 month 10 days is over its not yet activated . when i call to executive ashok [protected] he will tell today evening or tomorrow evening like that continuously finally i got manager number by name basawaraj [protected] m calling from past 15 days his not answering my call I i dont no what he do. at least he has pick the call of customer for activation its taking this much time means i dont know how u give service force fully you guys sell the product and after that we have to rome behind you this what m swipe giving a customer support now i dont want your dive please refund my amount 1300 rs and i will suggest all my business friends and all social networks to dont go for m swipe. its really a bad experience which i got.

            I had requested for 2 MSwipe machines for my office (in Delhi) on Tuesday 30th Aug16, and made advance payment on 31st Aug16. The sales agent (Deepak Sharma) promised me that the machine would be installed in 2-3 working days.

            I called up this guy on 3rd Sep 16, but he requested more time and said that it would be furnished by 5th Sep16(Monday).

            I have not heard anything from him on the update and now he is even not picking up my calls.

            This is a pathetic experience with MSwipe technologies and I am really thinking of taking legal action againts you guys.

            Your sales team is full of liers and cheaters and this is the way they use to steal someone's hard earned money.

            Can you actually take any action on this OR my perception is correct.

                Dear Sir,

                It is a 420 company. Service is the worst I have 2 years from the device to deactivate the request * said. But every time I have spoken, that you wait 24 hours for 7 to 10 days do you do weights. But 7 to 10 days every month, while the 2 years have passed and our accounts are deducted from your device rent. I am very upset and does not understand what they do not have a number in addition to a customer care number is. Neither is it a senior is no feedback.

                  I am not someone who would ever want to publicly shame a business and i would have never wanted to write this review had i not been pushed to the edge. I cannot comment on the quality of the product since i have not used it so far but as far as the customer support is concerned, this is the worst team who seem to have no idea what being responsible in a business means. I was duped into buying their device with gprs facility in the first week of may 2016 (With full payment made upfront) and i was assured by one ms. Neha that the machine would be delivered by the second week itself. However, after weeks of following up, they provided me a machine with no intact gprs facility (Mobile phone with bt is reqd additionally for it to work). I had accepted that machine even though practically it is of no use to me (I wanted the one with gprs intact) only on the condition that it will be replaced with the gprs machine within two weeks. Unfortunately, till today, i have not got any replacement despite several calls and messages. Ms. Neha does not pick her phone anymore and she had asked me to get in touch with one mr. Inder who is even more irresponsible. He again is too busy to speak to customers and only bothers to text saying that he will get back which hasn't happened despite the passing of two weeks time. Even though i had made the full advance payment in the beginning of may 2016, i still haven't got the product i paid for and no one from their team seems to be bothered about this despite my several attempts to contact them. This is heights of cheating the customers and i would request all interested customers to be warned about their after sales conduct.

                      My area sales officer rajesh sutariya -[protected] booked machine but not delivered on commitment time... i cancelled machine on date :14/07/2016 but my booking payment rs.2067 is not giving back... and he blocked my mob. no... his senior rahul makwana - [protected] city sales officer also not pick my call also and avoid me... very fraud... pls. don't buy this machine...

                          We were supplied a faulty g2 machine 10-15 days ago with sr. no. [protected]. the technician who brought the machine (mob. no. [protected] & [protected]) tried my 2-3 working sim cards with gprs / 3g data packages. none of the sims worked.

                          Today another technician came, he tried 2-3 sims, none of them worked. when we called the customer care toll free number, the lady on the phone gave a mobile number [protected] and told to send a watsapp message for machine replacement, but the number could not be detected in watsapp. so i sent a text message, but received no acknoledgement.

                          Therefore we now request you to either replace the machine with new software with wifi facility. or give us a machine along with working sim-card or simply return our the money mr. imran khan (marketing officer) took from us rs. 6000/-

                          The card swiping machine which m-swipe issued to us did not work for a single day. They even changed the device 2-3 times still it doesn't work.

                          Even after complaining so many times, these guys only call us to ask whether an engineer has come to repair the machine or not. This is happening since last 15-20 days. They only call from Mumbai, Delhi, etc. But no one dares to come and solve the problem.

                          I suggest to all shop keepers, do not ever opt for M-swipe Card Swiping Machine. They are not capable or solving the customers problem.

                            I have been deducted twice every month for my swiming machine, actually i used to have 2 swiping machines, have cancelled one and continued with the other one. I have been deducted by ECS for both the machines, how will they deduct amount for the canceled one.
                            For the same this i asked to raise a complaint and give me the complaint number its been 4 months, i have been deducted the amount but no complaint raised my mswipe, when called to customer care they just ask me to send a mail and no one replies for it and the time mentioned is in 24hrs. Its been 2880 hrs up to now there is no response from customer care, what's app num or mail. Please shut your business if you cant work on a small issue.

                                Hello sir/mam i apply for mswipe g-2 machine on 15 of may and pay 4500rs to mr jaideep amd he told me machine will be provided to me on 22 may but they told machine is not came from mumbai and then they told me to take wisepad and they promise me to install the machine on 28th of may but the machine is not installed on 1st june
                                And now idont want any machine on my shop so plz refund my money (4500₹) as soon as possible

                                    I am dasari. Pandit kumar from hyderabad, i am using mswipe mession with my registered mobile no:[protected].In this connection i swiped amount 5 transactions on 18th may, 2016,
                                    Transaction -1, rs: 25, 000-00
                                    Transaction -2, rs: 25, 000-00
                                    Transaction -3, rs: 25, 000-00
                                    Transaction-4, rs:100, 000-00
                                    Transaction-5, rs:130, 000-00
                                    After i swiped this transaction mswipe holded total payments, they mentioned reson is dupilicate transaction. They want to invoices for high value transaction. I dont know to do this type of transactions frist thing. M swipe people not communicate me swiping rules & regulations. 19th may, 2016 i send invoice copis after they released my payment and they hold rs:25, 000/- from 19th may, 2016. Still they not released, daily i am calling to mswipe people but the accounts people or superior officer not answering me. What happend my payment. The thieves are trying to escaping from 19th may, 2016. I am running kirana & general store. Rs: 25k is very big to me. They are holded 10days. How can i survive. Daily i am loging call and they given one request transaction no. What is the use of transaction number. I want my payment which is holded with 10days interest. Otherwise i am approach to consumer forum and give a writen complaint on mswipe people. They cheating me from 10days.

                                      I installed mswipe machine in my shop. But i am not use mswipe machine so request to deactivation to sales person mr. Kesavan ([protected]). He is come my shop then told without transaction not possible de installation. So swipe the card (Rs.100). But debit in card holder account two times different amount (Rs.115 & rs.100). Mr. Kesavan told rs.115 not debit in mswipe so contact your bank then after two days your machine deactivation is done. But machine not de activate. Next i am call to customer care. Give compliant for deactivation and compliant to mr. Kesavan. Customer cares give request number tbk00325636. Then customer care person told backend time reach you in two days. But not contact backend team. Still now machine not deactivate and monthly rent debit in my account every month. Very worst customer care service.
