I have a Mswipe Machine, I swiped my own Credit Card for Ra. 15000/- by mistake. I requested thru app to refund back the amount in the card but its over a week now but neither the amount is returned back in the Card nor Credited in my Savings A/c. The request submitted is also removed from the app. Customer care people said it will be refunded back in account with in 7 days but now its over a week but still amount is with Mswipe only.
