My name is sandeep from profit guru research pvt ltd. On 18th nov my 5 transactions were on hold with total amount of 2, 07, 000 and your co neither releasing this amount nor refunding this amount to customer.. Whenever i called to customer care they told that your amount will be release soon.. Kindly do some needful asap else i will have to go to lodge a f. I. R. Dec 04, 2017 Updated by arorasany today i have called on customer care.. a guy was there and he put my call on hold for almost 20 mins. then he told me that provide your mail id and we will revert you in 1 hr. i am still waiting and there is no revert from company. its more then 15 days gone and company is still holding my 2, 07, 000 rs. seriously i have never seen this kind of 3rd class company. now i have decided to go to nearest police station to make a complaint again this kind of company.
