[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Wrong ECS initiation

Hi sir/madam, I purchased POS device in the year 2016 (during demonization) from Mswipe technologies by their agent and the same was surrendered in 2017 June. Suddenly, in the year 2021 december, my account was debited Rs.350/- by ECS initiated Mswipe, Again Feb 2022, March 2022 and April 2022 my account was debited Rs.350/- by each transaction. After notice it I called Mswipe, but no proper reply. In this circumstances, unexpectedly, on 19.04.2022, Mswipe initiated 16 ECS towards my account 5 transaction done successfully and Rs.1750/- was debited, remaining 11 transaction failed and my banker levied charges to me for each bounce Rs.590/-, I brought to notice to the banker, they replied Mswipe only can stop the ECS. Abruptly, on 27.04.2022, again 6 ECS were initiated by Mswipe, all the transactions were bounced and banker charged to me. totally Rs.10, 030/- charged due to this fraudulent act of Mswipe. When I request Mswipe, they denied to repay the amount and replied banker is responsible for bounce charges. When I check my bank they created ECS mandate up to year 31.03.2099. Verified Support Aug 21, 2022 Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's response Hi, Chinnasamy, As discussed with an accounts team, bounce charges are charged by your bank, so it is not refundable. Also, as per TBK[protected], we have already refunded Rs.3150/- on 24/05/2022 charged post surrender with UTR no: KKBK[protected]. Note: ECS bounce charges are not refundable. Regards, Mswipe.

These people have being doing the same thing with me. Absolute unprofessionalism. they dont even bother taking the customers email address to inform them about these. For years they have been doing the same with me as well for the POS that I purchased form the in June 2016. Until 15 october 2022 they were doing it. And shamelessly deducted 2500 on that days itself in a span of mere 30 minutes. They are just money scammers who cheat and take peoples hard earned money as per their own whims and fancies on any day whatsoever.
This is how much they have taken from me and I have not even counted one years worth calculation plus the months that I did business with them.
They take money as per their own accord and we end up paying penalty. There is no fixed day to deducted money. And they charge 59 rs per months for a sim card. What Rubbish???? Even Airtel does not charge for sim card.
They are the absolute scammers
