1.. We have TWO LOCATION for our business in Pondicherry, under the same COMPANY. At each location we have ONE MSWIPE DEVICE. Since the management is separate for each location, we have been REPEATEDLY asking Mswipe to SEPARATE THE ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE NO. CONTACT PERSON for each location but despite submitting all documents, THEY ARE UNABLE TO DO THE SIMP, E PROCESS O[censored]PDATING THEIR RECORD.
2. Every time we reach out to them, we have to deal with a NEW PERSON, who is usually a SALES representative. There is no one in authority or in customer service that one can talk to.
3. Every time the Device stops working, which is often, we have to wait for a minimum period of 5 days to get someone to come and check.

transactions happen on 22nd OCt '22, dispute raised on 30 N0v'22 and my fund kept on hold of 3rd Dec & 4th Dec as chargeback ..
For this i issue I have already shared extra Invoices for both cash & card transaction which is provided while purchasing products along with firm business document details.
Find this solution of this issue other wise raise this to District court.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused, as mentioned earlier as well we have already rejected the cardholder claim on the basis of documents received from your end and the tentative refund due date is 14th January 2023.
Further, we took up with the card issuing bank for early closure against which we are awaiting a response from the card issuing bank.
