MTC Group — rude behaviour by in charge in enquiry room - tambaram

Person in charge in enquiry room at tambaram west depo behaved rudely and abused in non parliamentary words for enquiring about the bus number. Unfortunately i didn't notice his name and he was not interested in assisting me rather he was chatting with some of the mtc drivers. He was irresponsible and rude once i started shouting back at him then he became so polite but still he dint show any intrest in assisting me.
