As per above details of my order i had to received the material way back on 6th of june but after every alternate date they are increasing the date and the date given today is 15th of june despite the parcel already reached howrah on 8th of june.

If you are unable to deliiver the material ontime then why you are taking the orders. Now your courier operator again extenf the date to 16th og June and I am unable to know that shall I realy get the material or not. As I am unable to contact you or your courier directly on phone.

    I had ordered some items of mtr food on 25th of may 2020 online and paid the amount online. Aftet placing the order and online payment i received informatipn that material will be reach me on 6th june but before the 6th june they increased one day on daily basis. The parcel had already reached in howrah on 8th june but now they agaon changed the dellivery date as 11th june.

      Hi mtr,

      This is to let you know that i found a stone in mtr poha when i was having it. Due to which a portion of my teeth is broken.

      This is really hazardous and threatening to see such things in food products.
      I am very frustrated and now regret my decision of buying this mtr poha packet.

      I will also lodge a complaint on different other platforms regarding this and will never buy a mtr product

      Did they reply to you I hurt my tooth and it chipped while eat MTR tomato rice. They are lying to me saying it is not possible. Now I know for sure it is possible. I want my money back for all the other 11 packages I have of their stuff and the one I consumed with the stone.

        Hello there,
        I bought a mtr jamun mix 160g pack with a lot no: 20d24a. Mfd: 24.04.2020 8:55 mrp: rs. 130/- and in the pack its mentioned that the mtr jamun is best before 9 months form the manufacture.
        But its full of worms inside and the mtr jamun mix is very smelly and tastes sour. I am really disappointed with this experience as i attempted to prepare it for a party. Moreover, we have children in the home who will eat this sweet. I request you to do the needful at asap

            Rajarajeshwari nagar mtr store salesman is cheating your company in broad daylight. Today i purchased few items worth the amount of rs. 575. He said some items are not getting scanned and asked me to pay 325 in cash and the rest 250 in card or gpay. When i reached home i checked the bill. He had billed it only for rs 250. The other amount of rs 325 has gone straight into his pocket. He is a big fraud. Thought i should bring it to the company's notice so that you take strict action against such frauds.

              I purchased two packs of ready to eat pongal yesterday at my regular indian store. I am currently based in arlington texas, usa. I opened the packet next day morning to have hot pongal instead i got a packet of mutter paneer inside the pongal box, and i am highly surprised as in how come wrong food product by mtr.. I am still shocked.. That also after paying in usd for the packs.. Mutter paneer that too smelled horribly awfull.. Seriously people.. Mutter paneer.. Got my stomach bloated after having that mutter paneer in pongal packet.. I can really give a complain regarding this in the us.. Paying in usd for pongal and got smelly mutter paneer instead..

                This complaint is not about the prodcut, i love mtr, recently visited namma mtr
                In rajarajeshwari nagar, and i am sorry to say the reaction of the shopkeeper
                What i felt was very rude, as a coustomer i felt that, if that is is personality, kindly let mtr let him know that he must be more kind towards the coustomers. I want to use all kind of words on him, this wouldnt make me a better person, hence kindly take care of this.

                  We are one of the patronage customer of your company since long time. Recently we have purchased mtr garlic pickle - lot no.119e18g03 - mfd. 18.05.2019 from reliance mall. To our utter surprise when we started consuming the same, we find that the pickle is containing too salty and we are just unable to consume the same. Further we are the regular customer of your company and for the last almost 10 years we have been consuming mtr garlic pickle. However to our utter surprise when we have purchased mtr garlic pickle from big bazzar, mangaluru, karnataka during last week and when we opened the seal and started consuming, we find it too much salty and we are unable to consume the same. If you require the product, on further hearing from your side we will send the same to your address.                       We have been using MTR Chutney powder regularly. This month I ordered the same product on BigBasket on 5th Feb. The chutney powder that we got is very very salty unlike the usual ones.

                      I sent it in my kids tiffin and it came back as they said they could not eat due to salt. We then checked the powder from the packet and that was indeed true. We still have the left over powder.

                      I am sending details of the manufacturing date as attachment. Please check and take action on this.

                          Last week i bought mtr chana masala ready to cook, when i put that in hot water, and opened the pack i was shocked, the chana masala was very bad it look like a dehydrate chana if we eat that we'll get sick and some disease will come, i throw that immediately, the chana looks like a rotten bad chana i have paid and bought that i can't leave like this

                            I found an insect in the gravy of mrt mixed vegetable curry. I had full trust in mtr and despite of warnings on ready to eat food, i ventured to use it often. I chose mtr over to other brands only because of the trust i have in them. Shocked to see such low levels of quality check from a good brand.

                            Sent email to [protected]@mtrfoods.com and yet to hear from them. What would be the best way to escalate this incident, please share thoughts.

                            We had purchased a 500g jar of MTR Badam Drink Mix from L.V. Krishna Stores, 7th Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai-600083. We found a metal wire (about 2 cm in length) in the Badam Mix. It could be have been dangerous had we not seen it. We request you to look into this and ensure such lapses do not happen in the future.

                              We are deepthi super market. (Meenakshi sky lounge) khanamet, kondapur.
                              We have 2 super markets in kondapur, hyderabad. No salesman or distributor is visiting or taking the order from past one year. The reason behind this is as the distributor dumped the stocks and not taking expiry so we stopped one payment and told him to take expiry so that we will clear the bill. After long time he had taken and from then he is not giving stocks to us. As the mistake is from his side he is not giving company persons numbers. We get approx 40000rs sale per month. We are not understanding to whom to contact.

                                    I owe a retail store with the name of m/s takkar kirana merchants with the address - opp. Anupam cineplex, main market, city - kichha, district - udham singh nagar, state - uttarakhand.
                                    Mtr company’s salesman had visited to our store near by diwali app.in the month of october (2017) and had taken order of gulabjamun only of 24pcs. Total..
                                    But he sent us total 60pcs of that..
                                    I told the distributor that it was not the order given by us. But salesman gave order of 5boxes total to distributor..
                                    I asked then to take back these and called up saleman but he didn’t even reverted me, also not picked up my calls.
                                    And have never visited our store from the october (2017)
                                    Do the company have made any selected dates for saleman to visit the stores?

                                      We have been using mtr sambhar masala since 1995 it's quality is deteriorating continuously. Recently you have introduced it's spicy version - mtr sambhar masala spicy, this is the worst sambhar masala we have ever used. Please discontinue this new spicy version else mtr will lose its reputation.

                                        Today i bought a mtr 3 minute breakfast pack of keasri halwa from big bazar, opulent mall, ghaziabad. I make that pack in afternoon time and this pack taste like something rooten egg this is really rediculous. Brand name such as mtr supply such low quality of food to us this is really a #. I am thiking that i will go to consumer forum to report a complain against you.

                                        We purchased one upma pack from reliance fresh dwarka new delhi . on 26th jan . the same was communicated to your feedback mail but did not get any response . As we know that selling expiry product is illegal and may harm human being adversely ..pl. address the same sending now to FSSAI and consumer court
