Today i bought a mtr 3 minute breakfast pack of keasri halwa from big bazar, opulent mall, ghaziabad. I make that pack in afternoon time and this pack taste like something rooten egg this is really rediculous. Brand name such as mtr supply such low quality of food to us this is really a #. I am thiking that i will go to consumer forum to report a complain against you.

This is to inform you, we ordered shahi paneer ready to eat from big basket. This was manufactured of june 2017. Yesterday evening i tried it, and sorry to say it's extremely bad in taste. It's my request to you please come to our home and take a taste of it. I stored it in fridge for your reference.

If i want then i can expose it on social media and it will take a minuite to ruine your image, but i don't want to do this because i can understand better how we create our branding because i am working as a brand manager.

I need my money back and requesting to you please improve your food quality.

Moments ago (~1 hour before this post), on the date of 7th of july 2017, i was eating the bhindi masala when i noticed the worm. I was halfway through eating the sabzi. I hadn't noticed the worm earlier because of the color similarity between the worm and the sabzi. (I'm glad some other people saw their insects before they ate anything.) i am not sure if there were/are more worms in the sabzi. Hard to tell; the color similarity can be seen in the photos. Also, the worm is pretty big (~1.5 cm). I hope that the worm got cooked with the sabzi atleast (Yay?); not really in the mood to get sick.

This product was purchased and consumed (Until i found the worm, of course) in the us.in the details of this complaint, i have entered the company's india details as the product was manufactured in india.

As for the resolution of the complaint, for starters, i ask for a refund for this particular product and also ask that the company be more careful. I have 5 other packets of mtr ready-to-eat with me and i don't know what i'm going to do with them now. I ask for a refund of those too. I am not sure whether just refunding will lead to any fruitful overall solution, considering there have been several other previous complaints about insects and subsequent refunds. Stronger action needs to be taken. Can other people suggest a better course of action for stricter punishment for mtr?

Sir due to some reasons our above mentioned firm is closed we had a good superstore business for your valued MTR products . But as our firm get closed I got a good stock of MTR products unsold from july 2017 I contacted mr. Prakash Desai who is sales officer in vadodara region for MTR products. Many many times I requested him to replace the goods at that time which had still 6 months to be expired because I have changed my business from provision goods to chocolate related raw materials . Inspite of my several request to Mr. Prakash Desai for just change of items I got only false promises from him. Every time different excuses were given to me from him .sir our stock was purchased at Ramzan period, if above said mr. Prakash Desai had find solution for change of items he could have saved the MTR company from such type of loss, but he did not take my request seriouly and as a result a good stock turned into unwanted replacement. Sir when our time was good we sold a huge stock of MTR products for many years now when I have crucial period nowadays at that I expect a fair support from great MTR company . I have a just humble request to you to support me at my crucial time and please cooperate me to get my goods replaced. Iam not asking for cash back just asking for getting my goods replaced to new one . Sir please do needful for the same .Expecting your kind support in future .

I would like to inform you that I purchased MTR lemon rice ready to eat packet on 08/12/2016 and I used it on 21/12/2016 as instructed on the packet .I was not able to eat a single spoon of the mix as it was so bad in taste and it was having a foul smell and the rice was not cooked properly.When the quality of such items is so bad why it is sold in market which may lead to food poisoning.Hence I request you to refund the cost of this packet to me the MRP being RS.60/ and stop selling such bad products in future as it is not at all healthy and if eaten will lead to some physical problems.I had sent an email to the company on 23/12/2016 but till date I have not received any reply.

Manufacturing date on the pack is Jun 2016. I have attached the videos. For diwali mtr anncouced that crunch maadi movie nodi and get 2 movie tickets to on purchase of 4 packs of mtr snackup 180 kg but this is bull they are making a froud & there is no such offer they have given the promo to other company who are not giving any response and while we call to there land number the meter will run overs but they dint pick the call. the mtr company is a fraud company offering these type of offers. and i will go to consumer court about this matter.

I bought MTR ready to eat PULAV in august 2016 for consumption for travelling overseas. I made the product as its prescribed in packing. However when i opened it, it was complete stale and looked like damber. I used the product in August 2016 itself. Since i was overseas i could not complaint.

I want to file a complaint against the company - MTR foods pvt ltd, having their office at #80, Bommasandra Indl. Area, Hebbagodi, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru-560 099, INDIA , which is also an ISO certified company . I don't understand why these companies are playing with the lives o[censored]s, on 28th October, 2012 , I purchased a Rice Idli Powder from a nearby shop and when I opened it, I found live Insects in it. This is a real shame, I even tried calling their toll free number - [protected] , but no one picks up that phone.

I still have that packet of LOT NUMBER : 13G001 with me , and I am taking this matter very seriously, because such companies will not stop doing such acts unless someone stops them.

Awaiting a revert.

I want to continue with my complaint mentioned above dated - 30th October 2012, I received a call from MTR foods pvt ltd on 6th November at 12:10pm, from the number 080-[protected], some Mr. Basuri (not sure on how to spell his name) - he tried to convince me that this is just not possible, and when i told him that this has happened and i have proof with me, then he told me that someone from the Delhi Sales team will contact me. Then at 1:19pm, Mr.Vishal Bhandari (mobile number - [protected]) called and discussed the matter - and told me that he needs the packet with insects for quality inspection - to which i told him directly, its not possible, as it is the only proof i have, he told me some one from his team will visit my place, and then at 2:34 pm - Mr.Ajay Saxena, called me to know my address and timings about my availability. He visited my place in evening at 8pm - and was convinces to see "LIVE INSECTS" in the packet - he then tried to bribe me with samples of dosa mix, and oat mix - which he told me that i can have them for free, to which i told him a NO. He then took some pictures and sample of the insects and the powder for quality reference, and assured me that he will be calling me up next day . But till now, I have not recieved a single call from any of the guys mentioned above. I mean how unethical this company is - they thought they will bribe me and i will not complain again or they will just take the entire packet and just vanish. WE CONSUMERS ARE NOT FOOLS . JUST TO MAKE SOME MONEY - YOU GUYS ARE PLAYING WITH OUR LIVES.

I want a proper explanation from top officials of this company. ASAP !!

i have purchased MTR gulab jamun mix. which is a 50% free extra pack. it is manufactured on october 2010. lot no is 101287. when it is open for use, i was shocked to see lot of worms in the mix. Eventhough the expiry date of the pack says 9 months from date of manufactured, it is surprised me such worms inside Being a iso certified company will u make immediate steps to rectify the complaint and supply suitable replacement immidiately

I am totally disappointed with MTR gulab jamun powder. I did my best to do gulab jamun. But when i boiled the oil and i made laddos and when i dropped laddos in oil those all laddos were became like liquid thing.i dont no what's wrong with it but this is 2nd time with this. So i dont want this situation again with anyone.
Hope you will make it good to not repeat it next time.
