MTR Foods — not received my packet back and telling lies

I have given a packet to Ghola Bazar, Sodepur, Kolkata courrier boy whose Mob no. is[protected] for sending the documents whose Reference no. 513461 but he doesn't even let me know that it's returned on 16th October 2017. But now he is not returning my packet and giving excuses. Kindly give the packet back by tomorrow or else I will complaint against BlueDart via court.
