Touch Pad of my MTS mobile stop working, which was purchased on 30th Jan 2015 from Amazon Order ID[protected] I have approached your service center on 23rd June 2015 and deposited my mobile for repair vide Job Sheet No SALASCDL630SC417. Your Service center on 28th July 2015 themselves change the job sheet vide no. SALASCDL630SC543 on 28th July 2015 and even not bother to inform the customer for such change. Till date my mobile is not given to me. I am following with your service center (Global Connexion & Services, Delhi) regularly. If MTS is not able to give after sales service, please return my money Rs. 6, 249/-. I am following with you people from 23rd June 2015 and till date no proper feedback is received from your end. Kindly release my money else I have to approach Consumer Court and then I will also Sue for harassment and mental unease. My work is also suffering. Your earliest reply towards return of purchase price, is highly appreciated. It is surprising that company email id also wrong '[protected]@mtsindia.in' which force me to put this on blog.
