MTS Data Card — not proving unused data | |||
I'm using mts daTa card since last 3 months, as per rules if i want carry forward un used data balance i neee to recharge for 399 validity 30 days... So last time i've recharge as 29 dec of 399, so as per rules i need to recharge for 399 after 30 days, so i tried to recharge as on 27 jan 11 pm. Due to low speed of mts on line recharge payment not proceed. I've tried many times to call customer care but it is the worst custmor care, to connect. I've visit mts zonal office at rajkot on next day, but no body ready to listen my complain, l've wait for 2 hrs there but not getting even water... So i've gone to outlet for it, they file my complain and said that no result will come for this issue...
