Mts — Data loss and less speed | |||||
I bought a mts 3g plus dongle from Mr. Fahim on may 7, 2016. Since that date I am facing major speed issues in my area, that has already been confirmed by your member of networking team, Mr. Varun. He gave me a replacement dongle for the same that even didn't work. Now my data and days were getting wasted due to no network connections and I was told that the network tower in my area is not working and repairs are going on. I was hearing this from 1 month. Now that I have to recharge it for data carry forward, I did 1gb recharge for rs 248. Now they are telling me that for carry forward I need a minimum recharge of 299. This was not at all mentioned before when I bought this dongle. I was told that any minimum recharge will do. I feel that I'm totally cheated by your members. Now I have a 0 balance in my account and that too with facing so many problems. Please look forward to this.
