To whom so ever it may concern I have an MBlaze internet connection, number [protected]. I am experiencing slow connection for a few months now in Alappuzha near Railway Station area. As a gentle customer I contacted your complaint's cell, [protected] on 11/10/2014 at 09.29 hrs and 0.37 hrs. As per their instruction I also conducted the speed test and communicated the result to them. Further they regd my complaint and assured that my complaint will be looked in to within 48 hrs. I am happy to say that till now no body did not attend the matter or even sent a message. Why this type of exercises. Was this information helpful? | |||
