Mts — In spite, of payment made mts connections barred. No actions taken | |||||
Hey there - i made an online payment on 17-dec-2016 for rs. 919/- (A sum of rupees nine hundred and nineteen only) for my mts data card# [protected]. But i started receiving messages and calls stating that, i have not paid any amount but my account has been debited for the said amount. Finally, i made 2 calls to toll free still it has not been resolved yet.in addition to - i have sent two reminders for which i am still waiting for my responses but my internet services is barred for non-payment. Currently, i have sent an email and connected to one of the representatives for receiving updates. My compliant # dec/3562 which has been given today and no such info given in my previous communication. The last executive looks like responding but i am keeping my fingers crossed and my daily activity has been impacted due to the poor system updates with mts team.
