Mts — Inappropriate deduction of prepaid mobile balance (money) by mts | |||
MTS is deducting Rs. 2 to Rs 5 everyday from my prepaid mobile account balance on a regular basis since I took the connection. My recharge of Rs. 150 has now come down to Rs. 0.75 due to this regular deduction. As this deduction is happening everyday, I am not able to recharge again and make calls. Please refund me Rs. 150 and stop deducting my account balance illegally otherwise I shall be forced to change my service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
