Mts — MTS data Card service unavailable | |||||
Recently, I purchased MTS data card # [protected] on . While purchasing It was promised the plan with a speed of 9.8 Mbps .I don't find the speed of 2G even while using it.Data card is working at worst speed . I also had a talk with customer care executive and as per him there is some network up gradation work going on in this area. If this was the scenario why it was not informed at the time purchase itself.I also sent a complaint mail to [protected]@mtsindia.in dated on 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th Sep couple of times. But, not getting any proper response.While purchasing, This was also notified If I find any problem in services, the device can be refund within 15 days.But, now they are not ready for refund at all. Now a days, device is not connecting at all. While calling customer care they are not responding properly. I request please look into this matter and help me here to get the resolution.
