[Resolved] Mts — MTS MBLAZE 3G internet - very very poor speed and bad customer service | |||
Respected Team, I got a new MTS MBLAZE internet connection o[censored]pto 9.8 MBPS on 14 June. Plan - SUPER UNLIMITED REVB-999 MTS Data Card Number - [protected] and Account Number - [protected] From the day I bought it, the internet speed has been very low. They promised the download speed to be at 2 mpbs. The download speed initially was only around 300 Kbps. Placed a complaint with the MTS customer care on 16th June with complaint number - JUN/5213. A service engineer came, checked the connection strength in the house, did some analysis with his laptop and clearly told us that the speed is very less and it should come atleast around 2 mbps as our area had good signal coverage. He then told us that they would check the issue on their network and server side and get the issue resolved within 2 days. After couple of days, not sure what they did, the internet speed dropped very very badly and now the download speed is only around 100 Kbps and the internet connection is very slow and my internet browser is not even able to open the websites sometimes. I have attached the photo below showing the download speed. Inspite of repeated phone calls, the people say that the service engineer would come but nobody seems to be coming. Please help us with the issue getting resolved at the earliest as its nearing payment time and i dont want to waste my money on something which i have not been able to use properly. I got a new MTS MBLAZE Internet connection o[censored]p to 9. 8 MBPS on 12th May 2014, Plan - SUPER UNLIMITED REVB-999 MTS Data Card Number - [protected] and Account Number - [protected] From the day I bought it, the Internet speed has been very low. They promised the download speed to be at 2 mpbs.. But the current speed is only 240 b/s, Even we cant open google itself.
I called many times, (more than 10 times), It will take 10 to 15 mts always. But still the issue exist.
Very poor customer service. Please take the necessory action.
