Mts — Pathetic Speed -[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,
Now a days my MTS device is giving very pathetic speed. Just imagine
GMAIL is opening only in HTML view. Its working slower than 2G.

I have deleted cookies, clear history, even tried this device on
another PC and also reset device but nothing happened, still speed is
very slow.

Resolve it asap, following with customer care since 19/05/16 but no action taken yet.
