Mts — Regarding failure of new connection | |||
Dear Sir I have purchased MTS BLAZE ultra wifi dongle from Laxmi Nagar Delhi 110020 on 27 February 2015. My connection have not started yet. I have completed all the formalities and given my Aadhar card hard copy as a proof. I had called MTS consumer care so many times but they said that they have not got any documents of mine.I also contacted to my salesperson who sold me this data card but he was saying that he has already sent my documents in the company.Physical verification of my id has already took place on 2 March 2015. But still not any strict action has taken place regarding my connection. I hope you will soon solve my problem. The photo of receipt attached below.
