MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Billing issue | |||||
On 6th Feb my postpadi-MTS account activated. MTS no. [protected]. I paid 3 months advance rental (of 699 monthly plan). Issue - After first month completion, i got message & call to pay bill. I explained the customer care, that i already paid in advance. They noted and took the complain, after this the store keep on rotating frequently. I keep getting message & call and try to explain each new executive about the issue. But no luck and finally on 28th March they disconnected the connection. There are approx 30% days where i did not used internet because of n/w issue (too slow to open even google.com).
