MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — I can't open even google page | |||
I recharged my MTS mblaze data card no [protected] on Feb, 5 2016 for 18 GB valid for 3 month of rs 1599. Afterwards I started to use with the speed of 5 to 7 kbps so with that speed even Google page can't be opening. Then I keep complaining for 5 to 7 times about the issue the greate customer care provideed every time a complaint I'd with the update we can't do anything bcos u are in high utilize area so it will take 3 to 4 week time to work around technical team is working .so now 4 month passed nothing happened .my 3 month validity is expired and loose 18 GB data and lot of invaluable energy in checking speed test of 5 kbps, opening google, explaining to customer care, waiting there technical support call in half hour to whole day, then while explaining to great tech support he sudden disconnected the call with his job done.I request MTS to fix the issue and provide me 3.1 Mbps not 5 kbps.provide me 18 GB data and 3 month validity and provide genuine customer support and service.All these MTS must provide to proceed if any other way we can have better service then MTS can suggest to try.lastly provide the solution of dard-e-speed-e-mts Was this information helpful? | |||
