I was a customer of mts data card (No-[protected]). And i had to disconnect it because i had to move abroad with my family. The send me a cheque for the unused data under my name on june 23, 2016. My parents found the cheque on mail when they returned back to india and they are stuck with it. I can't go back to india and i have no accounts under my name. I just thought of sending the cheque back and can be reissued under my father's name. When i first activated the data card i had to submit identity cards where you can get the parent's details.. So it's actually possible to just change the name. And also the mobile phone number which i used for registration is my father's. So i called the customer care and but the lady who talked to me was not answering properly. She kept on telling me to send an email. Me, myself the actual account holder is giving the consent to do this. And finally i emailed (From registered email) them many times. They are always telling that they can't. This is not the way to satisfy customer issues. Now i can't get the money back which i had pay.2-3 months are already over. Once the cheque is expired the company's is stealing my money. I'm a student staying abroad. Kindly take action against this company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
