I brought a mts 3g wifi data card (Mdm [protected] ) from net solutions (Mts re-seller) on 23.02.2016 worth rs. 1000 and the device Was activated on 25.02.2016. After the device is activated i found that it i'm not getting the that i was promised. It is a 4 mbps device and i Was getting link speed of 100 kbps which means the effective download speed was 10 kbps. I was not even able to open google.Co.In. I immediately called their customer care and they told me that i will get a call within next 4 hours. But i didn't get any call that day. Next day I called them again and the executive told me the same thing, but i didn't received any call that day too. Meanwhile i sent one email to [protected]@mtsindia.In regarding my problem along with necessary screenshot. Next day i received one mail from mts asking for Information which i provided immediately. Then they logged a complaint no feb/3236 stating that they will update on this by 2nd march 2016. I asked them for waiver of the bill till the time this issue gets resolved but they refused to provide any waiver. On 29.02.2016, the Closed complaint no feb/3236 without any confirmation from my end. I informed them again and they logged complaint no. Mar/36 on 01.03.2016 and stated that they will update within 48 hours. As [protected]@mtsindia.In was not able to resolve my concern, i brought the matter to appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.In on 07.03.2016. I Received a mail that they will update within 24 hours, but even after 48 hours, i got no response. So i sent a mail again on 10.03.2016. Then i Got another mail asking for some screenshot which i sent that day. I got another mail that i will be updated within 48 hours. After 4 days of That email i marked a mail again as like always they didn't responded within the given timeline. During this time, two of their engineer Visited my location twice and done some testing. They admitted that there is some network issue at the location. On 14.03.2016 i received a Stating that the area i belong is a low network coverage area. I was unable to understand how a prime location like city center of a metro City is a low network coverage area. Even if it is a remote village i would have consider that. So i asked for a refund of the cost of data card as i am unable to utilize the device. After 2/3 diplomatic emails, on 15.03.2016 they asked for The scan copy of the invoice which i sent them immediately. On 18.03.2016 i marked a mail asking for any update and they asked for the Invoice again. Though that was frustrating, i sent the invoice again and got one mail after 6 days (28.03.2016) stating they will update Within 48 working hours. That was the last email they responded and even after multiple followups, i got no response. So the final verdict is, after 45 days mts didn't resolved my problem even their effort to resolve the issue was pathetic. My money and time Both got wasted.
