I have purchased a MTS dongle from NET EXPRESS a channel partner of MTS. Registered office at 96, Sarat Chatterjee Road, Kolkata- 700089 having email id [protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected]/[protected]. This retailer has provided me with a different dongle which he had promised. He had promised me that he will provide me with a dongle in which I can manually select 2G and 3G networks. So that I can keep that dongle always in 3G mode and avoid it from getting on to 2G network. I reside in a area where the 2G network is strong so it is always remaining on 2G network and as you know the speed of 2G network. I am paying for 3G speed but getting a 2G speed.
Kindly look into the matter as its a case of fraud.
