MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Unable to transfer/ get statement Provident Fund and Pension details

I am a Ex-employee of Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd. / MTS. I have neither withdrawn my PF & Pension nor transferred anywhere from this organization. I want to see my PF statement as on date and also transfer the fund to my current employer/ UAN number. Please also provide my UAN Number if generated.
