Its just making an extra cut of my pocket. Hence i have decided to quit this pathetic connection at the earliest. Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to MTS. Before i wash my hands off with mts. i wish to hear a good reason why the speed is low and why it has been so late response by your team. Thanking you, Himanshu Kumar MTS Customer Care hello mr.himanshu Today is 17/08/14 six days have completed after registering my complaint...so what is the excuse you have got let me know...this complaint i have enquired via customer care call also and as usual they make me to keep on hold for more than ten to fifteen minutes. 30 sec they tel me to hold but no one answers even after 10 min. Its my first experience with mts and this much struggle i have to face that too after paying so much i didnt even imagined.
