Mts — Worst and Useless Network | |||
MTS sales person contacted me and assured that I would be getting 1Mbps minimum speed and observed that speed in a demo. Based on this I opted for the MTS network with a dongle for Rs.1000 and Post paid plan of 599 for 10GB (5GB day & 5GB night). For the first couple of days speed was good enough to browse, later the speed is barely hitting 50kbps. It really makes tough even to load a normal google homepage with that irritating speed. Raised a complaint with customer care and they assured it will be fixed in couple of days. It was not fixed and when I called back, they said since number o[censored]sers in your area is high, we can support only this much speed. This is so unethical business done by MTS. They just want to get lot of subscribers more than what they can really support and they ask us to disconnect our connection after eating up our Dongle and one or two month bill amount. Same problem I am facing dude. They always have same excuse that my area usage is high and we are working on it from last 6 months. I am from Gurgaon.
