[Resolved]  Multiway Employment Ltd — fraud employer

1) i received a call of lady from mob no. [protected] via shine.com lady named kajal from multiway employment ltd delhi she inform me about job vacancy in hdfc bank as a junior accountant according to my qualification, i was interested to do the bank job so i ask the procedure to apply. She ask my passport size photo, id proof, resume and qualification marksheet on hr. [protected]@outlook.com email id and she inform me that i have to face three round of interview 1st will be online test, 2nd will be telephonic interview and the last interview by hr in the hdfc branch.

2) so i passed her my documents and also she ask me a registration fees of rs1500, i paid 1500rs to her through phonepay app on [protected]. Than she send me a receipt of rs1500 with refundable note on my email and also she send me online test that i cleared, after i cleared my online test she ask me to pay 6, 500 rs for document verification and after that your 2nd round of interview will start.

3) before i pay her 6500rs i clearly asked her is there any other fees apart of 6500 that i have to deposit in future? She said no there is no any kind of fees that you have to pay after 6500 rs, so i trust her and pay her the amount of 6500rs through phonepay app on [protected].

4) after i paid 6500 rs i held my telephonic interview. The next day she call me and transfer my call to her lady hr she give me feedback that i cleared the telephonic interview and now you have to deposit some amount as a bank security purpose the amount is 15, 500 rs that is refundable on your joining.

With paragraph no. 4 i feel doubt on them and i regret to deposit 15, 500 rs but they call me again and again and asking for amount but i said them to cancel my process and refund my amount 1500+6500= 8000 rs but she said we cannot refund your money as you are not completing the process i told them you give me my offer letter first than i will pay you but they did not accept my term and telling there own terms & condition and i felt they are fraud, i am afraid they can misuse my documents and details.

So, i request shine.com to track them and please help me to get my amount refund from them and also reject there id from shine.com so that other candidate does not suffer the same i suffer.
