I have ordered Lenovo S850( Pink) mobile on 13/12/2014. Order Reference No: PJPZPVSZF and made the payment at the same date. Rs: 11, 772/-.through ICICI bank gateway with Federal bank Debit Card. My contact number [protected]. Till today there is no proper reply. Whenever contact to your customer care, they are telling the item will be dispatched within two days. But not yet dispatched.
