I bought a Samsung tv, 3 months back and the display of the tv was not proper, Samsung wanted to change the display board, but we wanted him to change the tv so Today at 21:58 i kept the bag of the service engineer and asked him to connect to his manager or any authority from Samsung to talk to me, as the SAMSUNG AREA MANAGER disconnected my telephone when I asked for replacement then they sent police to my house it is shocking.. for me that police is helping them I m a senior citizen and a heart patient I m 70 yrs old, and its the first time that any police came to my house, the police wanted me at the police station but I refused because it was 9.15 pm and i m not feeling fit enough to go there. this is the behaviour of the Samsung company.it is 9, 50 pm a lady police officer from Versova police station wanted me to come immediately she told me whatever your grievances go to the court but you can't retain the bag of the technician I told her to give me a receipt for the bag or the approval for replacement but she refused, when I told her that she was favoring the company not protecting senior citizen I told her that I would visit her at 10 but she wanted me to come before 8.00 am which I refused I told her that I was ready to come, she should arrest me so she disconnected the line Like · Reply · A few second Feroz Zulfiqar residing at 901 sheil tower yari rd Versova Mumbai 400061 contact [protected]
