This is regarding duplicate degree certificate receipt no 241. Application was sent on 11th september 2018.

It’s been 3 months and today 10/12/2018, after waiting for 4 hours they have internally registered the form today! Which means that nothing has been done since past 3 months. Now they have said to try & come after a month. Plus they have clearly mentioned “there’s no guarantee.”

Staff especially ms vidya is not bothered at all, lethargic and is full of excuses.

We misplaced the original be certificate (Convocation certificate) of be chemical from udct cleared in may 1991
We filed a application at kalina on 26th september 2018 with the required documents like fir, affidavite etc

Have made several rounds to the campus but the application is still lying as is with several excuses given everytime. Its over 2 months now

This certificate is required for employment visa of saudi arabia. So its a question of job

But the staff is not bothered

Sir/mam will u all please stop playing with students life. The issue of checking papers is intimating students to commit suicide. I[censored] want to earn money please ask personally or take details of students from colleges and ask money how much u require for your satisfaction. Don't fail students and earn money via rechecking. Evn u have child's. God bls

Im chandan shekhawat and did my graduation from s. K somaiya college, vidyavihar in baf this year and i did not get my (5th & 6th) marksheet as it is being held with respect to eligibility criteria of 12th cbse marksheet. Neither i got my 12th marksheet yet. I request you to kindly send a letter and my marksheet which is being held by you as i've already submitted all the documents with form ab. It's been more then a month now and i need my marksheet which is to be submitted in my college

I am prajapati rupa from mumbai (Rajiv gandhi college arts n science) i final result show provisional but i submit all documents now in college then how many days taken for coming my result from university.
My college sir say that first university send one confirmation letter after then ur result is coming.
When mumbai university issued that letter bcoz now i am student of msc, it is very big problem..
Kindly request u plz send confirmation letter as soon as possible.

I, am a sybcom student from h. R. College of commerece and economics and would like to attract your attention towards the fact that the revised date for fc paper on 15th november is clashing with itsm paper of ca inter students and many students including me would not be able to give bcom exams.
I kindly request you to reschedule the fc paper date

I'm writing this mail to you because i am appearing for ca foundation course and i have a clash with my ca foundation course exam and my sybcom exam which is on 15th nov i have my maths paper of foundation course and fc paper of sybcom and both the papers are on same time so i request you to kindly look into the matter and postpone sybcom fc paper or give me any suggestions regarding the issue because i can't miss any of paper please kindly let me know about it

I here by requesting you that i am studying in sybcom and pursuing ca foundation
As icai has declared its ca foundation november 2018 examination time table commencing from 11th november 2018. University of mumbai also declared their time table for sybcom sem 3 winter examinations[protected].
The elective paper on 15th nov, 2018 is clashed with the icai ca foundation exam. Students cannot appear for both examinations on a single day, so to protect the intrest of majority students who are are appearing for both the examinations i request you to postpone or prepone the elective paper dated on 15th of november, 2018 for sybcom sem 3.
Please do the needful.

I have been a student of mumbai university for 5 years now, i have recently passed ms in biochemistry in june 2018. I have applied to a university in canada, for which i have provided a special certificate/provisional degree but there is no where mention of the word provisional degree or that that the degree conferred upon me and hence, the canadian university does not accept it. I would please like you to provide me the procedure to obtain a degree certificate prior to convocation.

Hello, myself siddhi sandeep manchekar. I filled exam form for m.com second year semester 3 (Choise based). During which i selected three subjects which are commercial bank management, financial markets and debt market. But in the acknowledgement form which i got after clicking on submit button, it is showing treasury management as my third subject instead of debt market which i did not select. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible. Also i was trying to submit the foem again but there is some server error showing there may be a problem in the input data.

I have apply[protected] mcom part 2. All process done online payment deduct in my bank account but in application status does not show payment receipt or mcom part 2 application receipt. I visit university[protected] his say wait for 2 working days the receipt option show in application status but after two ersityworking days not show. I visit again university[protected] his again say wait 2 days. Anyone help me or guide me i faced the problem.

I had got one kt in tyba sem 6 which was very unexpected and hence i applied the same paper for the revaluation. But my roll no didn't show up in any of the revaluation results uploaded by mumbai university. Does this mean i've failed and should give the upcoming kt exam for the respective subject or wait for the results? Please let me know at earliest.

Myself hajibunisa i filled exam form of b. Ed sem 3 mumbai university.in that i clicked only economics subject as elective course and then submitted but accidentally tab got closed then after some hours i logged in the challan and in that acknowledgment i got english marathi and peace education etc which i didn't selected please resolve this matter as soon as possible

I have completed my architecture degree from Rachna sansad academy of architecture, Mumbai in 2015 . I got passing certificate but not the convocation certificate . 6 month ago coa was not allowing me to apply for a licence because i still not get the certificate. I wrote a letter to them it's a universities mistake and got my licence on passing certificate.

Now its been 3 years and i want to renew my licence in 6 months, how will i renew it without the convocation certificate. I have followed the procedures so many times and still i did not get my certificate, and got the answers like will inform you in a month and took phone numbers but even after 3 months passed they haven't replied . once i went to inquire about, they said " ohh i just forget to fill your form, let me fill it and you come after a month."

Please take actions on my request and give me the convocation certificate as soon as possible.

I passed m. E.in 2006 and
I submitted application for convocation certificate in 2012 but even after 6 years it's not yet received.
I have done several follow up with convocation department but no response. University of mumbai is one of the oldest university in india but it is very inefficient in administration and supporting to the students for any academic documents.

I am student of vartak college (Vasai west) studying in sybsc. I am cdt at 1mah air sqn ncc. This is open unit, mean not belong to particular college. I am attaining national camp, during which my semester 3 exam is going to miss. I request college to allow me for additional exam but they are making excuse that you are not from our college ncc which is army ncc. Tell me how i should apply for additional exam.

I am appearing for syba repeater exam. I have completed all my details in registration form. When i am proceeding towards payment then it shows transaction completed but application fee is not deducted from my account.
Status shows completed. My transaction id is 213053. Please look into my matter as early as possible.

Dear team,

I would like to raise my concern with utmost dissent towards the behaviour and attitude of the staff in mumbai university transcript attestation department at room no-24, mahatma phule bhavan, kalina campus,

They never follow the timelines agreed in the receipt and ask the candidate to come after few more days at every visit. This vicious cycle never seems to end.

I had such a bad experience yesterday. I had been asked to visit the university to collect the attested transcript yesterday i. E. After 15 days of form submission. When i reached there on time, the reaction on the face of the lady sitting under the certificate enquiry notice was of surprise, she said we dont do complete the task in 15 days and this would take another 15 days to complete and she also confirmed that she is not sure whether this would be delivered after 15 days.
I informed her that i came to know about the churchgate campus whch is much faster and this is done in 10 days by them. On this, she snapped angrily on me and said you should have gone there only. Mind you, i have paid rs 7000 for this in advance and this is the response and treatment i am given. There was another gentleman standing there and was frustrated by the same treatment for the last one month.

Due to such sub-standard experience, i requested the lady to cancel the request so that i would place a fresh request through churchgate campus which is much professional and accessible online also. She refused and said there would not be any refund on this. Also, there is well-mannered gentleman (Certification enquiry staff) sitting in-front of her who does not know the basics of manners to speak to students or their parents, i am wondering and hoping that such bad treatment is not given to them when they visit any govt organisation.

Its about time, we make these people accountable and privatize these institutions

Hoping to see some professionalism in the times to come, although very bleak chances...

Dear sir,

I am student of mumbai university. I am trying to take admission on m com part 2 in online but online login not working proper & technician customer care also not resolved problem. And when called technician no. They are not pickup the call service is mumbai university very third class & people also very third class working in university.

Its very bad for we are doing courses from mumbai university because not a proper response and very delay results & exam also.

Hello sir, mam on 6th of aug i had made payment towards mumbai university idol for mca but transaction was not successfull but my money got debited from my account. On the same day i made another transaction and it was successfull. I called bank for failed transaction they said they cant provide me my money unless and untill i am having any prove from the mercent side that is mumbai university. I went to kalina for this they said me to mail it to idol support i will get my money now its 1 month completed i am not getting any reply from their side. I mailed them 10 times but those mu people are not ready to reply neither they pick call.. Please help me i need my money back. If nothing works i am going to put a case on mumbai university.
