Munafa Cooperation Pvt Ltd — Material not working - return and refund request but they are not response

Why they are not taken return or exchange? how can i use not working material? they are fraud company? then why are not solving customer complaints.

Totally i am unable use this product due not working how can i accept i have paid money not for free.

I followed mail details below but they are not response properly. kindly help to this.
