Why they are not taken return or exchange? how can i use not working material? they are fraud company? then why are not solving customer complaints. Totally i am unable use this product due not working how can i accept i have paid money not for free. This is inform to you we have returned the product not for damage cause, the products as you send to us not working you can check and re-supply the working product.
We have mentioned the problem below:
1. Mobile is switch on but shows error sim card insert failed, so unable to use mobile.
2. Charger not working
2. Bluetooth not working.
Without working how can we use the product.
