Dear sir,

In front of our house, no.1789, phase 7, mohali, ashoka trees were planted by your office long time back. Two of such trees are grown vert high in height. These are causing nuisance as besides touching with overhead electric wires, are blocking the sun light and even bats have started residing on them. Touching with overhead wires is danger particular during rains. Also, flying bats panics us.

It is requested to trim these trees to reduce the height from existing appox. Forty feet to ten/twelve feet so that future trimming can be done easily by anybody. This will eliminate accidental electrocution and panic created by bats.

Further, please note that we will getting roof top solar power plant installed soon after completion of rainy season. Reduction of trees height will also help in better output of solar power plant.

An early action will be highly appreciated.

I am varinder singh, working in it company at phase 8b, industrial area mohali. The roads condition is very poor here near quark city and ptc news office, especially f series office road. The whole road is broken due to rain and there are big empty holes where rainwater is taking place and it's becoming really hard to drive in these circumstances. Please try to repair the roads as soon as you can.

Pathetic situation of cleanliness in silvi park phase 10 mohali.
Overflowing bins for weeks, leaves and cut grass delaying. Gates not locked. Residents parking cars inside the park. Caretaker living in the park is not bothered.
People drink alcohol in the park at night and all kinds of anti social activities.
No security, no cleanliness just pathetic.

There is a water leakage in front of house no. 177 sector 48c mohali, senior citizen society continously from last 3 days, no action is been taken after continous complaint.
Some pipe is leaked in front of the gate of house no. 177 sector 48c and water is getting waste continously from last 3 days which is harming the public property like roads and other public property.
Please take a action as soon as possible

We have called the mc office a multiple times to pick up just 1 dog who is biting people and has bitten me as well. However they are responding very rudely and doing nothing about it! Citizens of india are fool and they are supposed to suffer because authorities are too lazy to help anyone! I am wasting my time writing this complaint. Pathetic life we deserve because indians deserve it right?

I am a resident of pahse-2, sector 54, sas nagar, mohali, punjab. I would like to request you to check the nuisance caused by stray dogs in this particular locality. Stool of dogs can be seen scattered on the roads & in parks which have made the locality worse than a hell. Is there someone who may check this dirty nuisance caused by the dogs? We are unable to sleep at night, they byte anybody passing from the lane.

I think in this locality, there are several street dogs (More than 30) and they are biting pedestrians. And now there puppies are also growing and creating the problems for children & pedestrian.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Sir this is to inform you that there are 5-6 no of street dogs in our locality (Phase 3b1 sector 60 mohali) and they are taking hell out of our lives from past year now with the increase from past week. They are not only cause threat of bitting to anyone but keeps on barking and making chaos whole night. Regular barking by them has made sleepless nights. Just to show that corporation do care they come up to catch the dogs but goes back after passing the time without even catching single dog.. Please look into the matter as it is getting worst to live in the society day by day.. Which promises a lot but does nothing... The place have become throughly governed by dogs these days whole in mohali..

I am working in industrial area e - 190, phase 8 b mohali, i would like to request you to check the nuisance caused by stray dogs in this particular locality. We are unable to work at night/ early morning, they byte anybody passing from the lane.

I think in this locality, there are several street dogs (More than 15) and they are biting pedestrians and two times accident took in front for the industry and rider are seriously injured due to this.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

There are lots of cars in streets.in small streets cars are park and there is jaam.in one house there are five to six tenants live and have many cars. They have no parking space in there house. And neughbours always disturbed so my request that there sholud be a rule and big fine to who park car in streets. There is no parking in streets.in phase -7 behind chawla nursing home there are very small streers and many tenant cars park in streets owner of houses have problems of there cars. So there be a rule that there is no parking in streets.

I m resident of sector 80 residing at house no 1380. From last 6months there is lot of grass nd infectious sherbs straying in our locality and there has been risk as venemous repltiles has been noticed in these shrubs.kindly send the machine so that these plants can be cut out as soon as possible. Recently a snake was spotted in these shrubs so I request that please take action regarding these plants so that any future consequences b avoided

We are living in house no. 2473, phase 10 - just behind the main market of the sector. The sewerage line from the s. C. O. S frequently gets choked and overflows on to our side of the road dividing our house from the rear of the s. C. O. S. This creates an unhealthy atmosphere near our house, besides tracking contaminated mud into the house with the tyres of our cars.

Complaints to the municipal corporation in the past, although attended to promptly enough, have only yielded temporary respite for us before the situation reverts to the former state again.

A more enduring and permanent solution is needed to address the recurring problem once and for all.

There is house nearby my home house no-627 phase-4 mohali they had been challaned last week for misuse of water so they made plaster on side road and raised the height so everytime the water is flowing towards our home and water is standing there everytime! This is not the way to raise height with plaster they make there way easy so that water cannot stand in front of there house and go side i am attaching pictures please make sure that the side is made in normal level

I would like to tell u that, near my house there are many street dogs biting small children when they are playing .when someone is coming alone they run behind them and bite them . Small children even my brother is not able to go out and play . I would like you to take a immediate action against this and send some dog catcher to catch them.

i am resident of h.no 796, phase 10 mohali and i am very disturbed because o[censored]nwanted street dogs near my house. there are 7-8 dogs making lot of noise during midnight. due to which its impossible to sleep. They keep on following every person residing here due to which we have a strong fear of getting bitten by them. whenever we pass the road they start barking on us. they keep on crying all night. moreover their population is also increasing. Kindly take suitable action at the earliest to keep the city secure and a better place to live.

Sir i am a resident hno 382 phase 4 first floor mohali i work at 1912 helpline punjab and works in 3pm to 11 pm shift and when sir i come to home through bougnwilla garden row there are about 10 dogs which are highly dangerous these dogs ussually follow the motor cyclists and as a result there is very much chances of dog bite please do something about this is a big isshue please take some action

There is construction of hotel going on adjacent to the dc office in phase 1. From last 2 months there construction material is lying on main road. Refer attached picture. There are pebbles and sand which can cause bike skidding and further cause inconvenience to the commuters. This should be cleaned and also please ensure no such obstruction happens on other roads.

can i know that encroachment permission given by mc mohali to the kothi owner s as i think that
as per corporation there is no right to encroach the fotpath in front of the kothi but due to not being checked for a long time kothi owner who have much parking space in front of their kothi have taken gate in the fotpath due to that the road have become congested and the trafic can not cross smoothly and so on the kothi owner park their cars infront of the gate than the remaining road become tight so if the permission encroachment is granted by corporation than we have no right to complaint.So please check if it is wrong. You requested again to remove encroacment.

I request you to please take an action against these dogs as they only bark and follow every local resident of this area and if any stranger pass by them they will disappear and wont be seen nearby. we are not getting any way out of it. being a resident of this area i am not feeling comfortable to live like this. sometimes i feel i am living in a zoo where i find so many animals.
hope this will bring some good result.
i am sharing this information because we are very much in trouble due to these dogs. and i will expect an action againt these dogs.

We face this problem from the last 2 month regarding water fall in front of house from our neighour. We already told to him for this problem but they doesn't care so pls we requested to solve this problem by cut their challan for this happening. House no.181, phase-1, village-mohali, punjab

Dear Sir/Mam, I resident of HL 471, Phase 9 Mohali would like to bring in your kind notice that one of neighbours ( Mr. Yogesh kapoor HL 447, phase 9 is creating nuisance everyday by collecting garbage in front of my house everyday . I humble requested them to not do that inspite they start abusing us . I have filled the complaint earlier as well on 4th april 2015 i.e www.complaintboard.in but there was no action taken . from last seven days , we re facing water shoratge problem in phase -6.
we show, the owner of kanal houses (500 sqd) wastage water in morning& evening in gardning & car wash.
Some of them use sprinkler for gardning for 2 to 3 hours. which leads to low pressure of water

our over head tanks always empty.

why does MC mohali not intiate surprise check at Phase 6?? this happened every summer...
