would like to bring to your kind notice that my sale deed is still not completed. Your executive had called me and discussed to remove the above post. My possession of flat as per ATS is September 2016 and yet sale deed process not completed yet. Payment already collected by you.

We understand you are concerned, however, as per our records the Sale Deed was executed on 17th June, 2017 and is currently pending at the Sub Registrar’s Office (SRO). Since SRO is a government functionary, Godrej Properties does not have any control over the timelines.
However, be rest assured we are in constant follow-up with them to ensure the said documents are not delayed and will inform you as soon as we get it.
