I am writing this email to you on behalf of all the residents of Pallappan Street, Triplicane, Chennai -600005.

For the past few we have observed that the street dogs in our locality have been continuously in distress. They have been fighting all day and night but we couldn't figure what the exact reason is.

This is a residential locality with people of all kinds of age living...

Dear Sir, My name is S.Deepak. there's a street dog with its puppies, which has entered our house compound.It started to stay inside and we are unable to relocate it away.It is sitting right near my home door, and causing great trouble and disturbance, when trying to get out of my house.This has been a problem of 3 weeks.I contacted corporation office but no response.please help me by sending dog catchers to catch the dog. Lot of disturbance for the people of our area by stray dogs since children and families are staying here. We feel insecure due to this. Every night, the dogs are creating strange noises and howling. Due to this, we can't sleep peacefully. So, kindly catch all the stray dogs in our street as early as possible and release them safely in some other place. There are almost 15 stray dogs are roaming in our street every day and night....

I am staying in Manikka Vinayagar koil street, Vyasarpadi, Chennai-600039.Daily after 10pm the 1-3 street dogs are barking.In this locality many old age peoples, babies and heart patience and clinic is located.It barking more than 4-5 hours daily we can’t able to sleep.Kindly take the necessary action on this....

We reside in Chellappa street, Otteri (600012)..
We are not able to find since last week 2 friendly dogs which always stays in our neighborhood. Request clarification if they have been taken by corporation dog catchers from our area. Will be relived to know that they are safe and will be back to our neighborhood soon....

And bad smell has started coming. It's not safe for the surrounding.

Dear Sir, I am living in Sivagami Nagar 1st Street meddavakam, Zenith Manonmani appartment . In my home one street dog is sitting in steps and giving much trouble to our family. It is a diseased dog. My children are so afraid to cross that dog. Daily they are going to scholl with big problem. The dog is not going and it is barking all the time. So painful to us. There are many street dogs and in them 2 are badly hurt and they are causing a mess and being a nuisance to all the tenants by vomiting, motions, tearing tenants sarees, etc...

Hi I am staying in Dawood nagar, kulakarai street, medavakkam 600100 .. In an around dawood nagar so many street dogs are there ..it is uncountable..we r feeling feeling afraid to cross them each n every day.. They r fighting n shouting each other every day n night.. I am rajendar staying in sithalapakkam near medavakkam 600126 and vivekananda nagar main road extn in that road several dogs are rolling out in my street and inside my house too, I am asking u to please recover are dogs from this street, bcz they are giving more trouble while passing the road....
