I am a resident ofow sukhdev vihar pocket a (Dda flats). The pre-monsoon cleaning of the drains in our society is pending and there is rain water accumulation due to choled lines.

Good day,

This is in regards to the bad conditions of sewage and roads and streets in the area. There has been no significant development in the area of maintaining proper sanitation and roads. Kindly refer to the pictures and videos attached. How sever it is, it has been more than 6+ year that anybody has even repaired a patch in our area. The streets have been dug up for some lines work that needs to be done and its more than 1.4 year that nobody even came to fill those pot holes. Various minor accidents have been already taking place. it's very heartwrenching to see senior citizens falling on the streets and this is totally inhumane not sure what's going to be the next point of escalation as we are already facing a pandemic now the monsoon has also come the streets are badly blocked by water there's going to be a high risk of spreading of various diseases which could be fatal for some. Rats have been also an issue as poor hygiene conditions rats colonies have been able to develop and we all know how fatal can rats is as they can transmit and spread of plague have legal basis for right to sanitation which can be found in the Constitution of India. The fundamental rights enshrined in Chapter III contain Article 21, 5 Right to life, which encompasses within it, the right to live with dignity. Lack of effective sanitation measures is one of the biggest hurdles in realisation of the fundamental rights of
right to life as also other fundamental rights. Inadequate sanitation is a pervasive problem which invades our true freedom and liberty and in turn, denies the fullest enjoyment of our rights.

This above problem mentioned is mainly of Sainik Nagar/Gulab bagh Nawada, Uttam Nagar, New delhi 110059. The picture provided of a block of gulab bagh and sainik nagar street near durga mata mandir.

I am having a shop no 1667 Nai Sarak Delhi 6, in front of my shop there is one panwala sitting from last 4-5 years and he is not ready to vacate that space.
So please take an appropriate action against him asap.

This is to bring to your kind notice that in Prem Nagar, M Block, Uttam Nagar, all house owners have made Ramps and stairs on ground floor in a very big area, which completly cover a lot of road. Due to this there is a very little space for walking and driving on the Roads of Prem Nagar, Dayal Sar, M Block Prem Nagar.

The ramps made by this area people are so that that they are using them as their car parking space. Due to this roads are become very small and there is no space for passer by vehicles.

MCD officials are requested to take stringent action against these house owners, and also requested to levy heavy pently on these house owners who make ramps of big size. kindly demolish these unwanted and very big ramps of M BLOCK PREM NAGAR, UTTAM NAGAR, DAYAL SAR ROAD, ARYA SAMAJ ROAD.

Please do something immediatly otherwise the people/passer by have no space to walk and vehicles are also not able to reach at main road.

There are open drains and sewers leaking stinking water on the streets and making people ill, also the open plot garbage is all over on the streets, kindly come and seal it.

It is a matter of deep concern / importance that some factories thar are working in residential areas are polluting these places and are becoming main cause of making it unfavourable for human being to live in an environment of peace. It's causing trouble to neighbourhood as the tremors can be felt in the nearby houses because of the machinery. Please take appropriate action asap.

Hope this query gets resolved to restore our faith in the municipal corporation.

I am a resident of e-19 sector 3 rohini and i want to complaint about the increasing street dogs in the area. They bark unnecessary at the residents and create a nuisance at night. They are very disturbing and are making our lives difficult. Kindly look into the matter asap.

We are residing at ground floor. Pipe of our first floor bathroom is leaking since last 6 months. We ask people to get them fixed. But he did not take any step. And so far no repair has been done... All the walls of our house are also damp... Please do its solution. Thanks

In our locality there 3-4 stray dogs who are very dangerous and they already bitten more than 10 peoples in our locality. Street hawkers and other peoples of the street are also very scared from that dogs because they are already got bitten by that dogs. These dogs also create a big problem for the children and the old age peoples. They are also biggest hindrance for the peoples of the street. So my request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible.

This is the serious matter of negligence in lifting garbage from H-block, street No. 17, near house No.174/17, 173/17 etc. Sangam Vihar, New Delhi.
After several telephonic complaints to the area supervisor of H block he makes only false promises but he never send any garbage lifting vehicle in this area. Many spot of garbage are lying from last one and half months. As you know during Corona and rainy season how it dangerous for children, old age people and humen being.
I am also sending the copy of written complaints to local MLA, Delhi Govt and as well as PM portal and also on social media. Because this kind of negligence is intolerable.
This is my humble request you tk please take is very seriously.

I would like to inform you that ms. Saroj, sdmc workder deployed in block 'a' of our colony i. E. 1040 slum tenements, shahid bhagat singh colony, behind shivaji college, new delhi has not working properly and she has been in practice of collecting garbage from home on monthly collection of money basis from many residents. I would also like to inform you earlier she has been transferred from here, than she took signature of some residents for stopping her transfer from the colony. She also indulge in stopping garbage van to enter in a block of the colony where she is at present working. After our several request the garbage van entering in a block for collecting door to door garbage from the residents.in connection of her work any body raised objection even ladies she use abusing language today itself misbehaved with my wife. I request the authorizes to take appropriate action against her and also to be transferred in any other place because she was posted here for last long years, so replacement is also necessary.

I live in prashant vihar sector--14 rohini... In my lane the dustbin picker car is not regular . They come after every 2 days and doesn't stop even for a minute. Even after calling.. They just ignored and went to next lane.

I got a message of rs 100 deducted for toll tax at rajokri for vehicle dl1lt7902. But vehicle is parked at my residence and has not gone to rajokri today. Kindly look into the matter

There is a big dog menace in new friends colony in delhi. This pertains to d-block. These dogs are biting humans and other dogs. It’s become impossible to go out for a walk especially with our pets. This needs to be solved urgently.

Respected sir/ madam, there is an illegal cattle (Cow) dairy is running in our locality in house no - 45 a chirag delhi, new delhi 110017. Owner of the above adress 45 a chirag delhi was running cow dairy in his home. He kept four cows in just a small room from tha past several months. It was smelling too much dat u can' t even move on road ethout covering ur nose. When we talk to him dat ths was not good & was not according to tha laws of delhi govt. He was ready to fight & start abusing in a bad language. Sir please take necessary actions to stop illegal cattle dairy in our area. Hope u wil take immediate action as soon as possible. Thanx.
