Dear concerns
We need to bring your kind attention to the growing problem of garbage accumulation in the residential area of suraj park, samaypur badli (Near sector 18 rohini). The garbage accumulation has been existing and growing for years next to the residential buildings (In the empty plots) and ensuring to give almost 5000 families with the most horrible diseases and bad air. You would be able to see one part of the garbage accumulation situation from the pictures attached. We request an immediate attention and ensure that we shall equally participate with the concerned authorities to clean our area for better living conditions.

Sir, i am from gali no6, kashmiri block, jain nagar, karala, delhi - 81.
It is observed that mcd stray dog squad have open their vehicle gate to release stary dog in this area. These dogs are creating problem for walkers. Kindly catch them from this area.
There 15-20 dogs which are recently added to this local area.

Dear sir

I had posted a complaint on this forum on april 8, 2018, at www.consumercomplaints.in/municipal-corporation-of-delhi-sh-sanjeev-prajapati-c1...⇄ this complaint was regarding illegal construction of a room and toilet as well as illegal occupation of at least 100 yards of government land and blockage of access to the block residenta by sh. Sanjeev prajapati, resident of c2d/26a, janak puri.

To date no action has been taken on my complaint and as a result, the illegal encroachment has further increased in the last few months.

Due to the illegal construction work, the roof of constructed room has reached the level of our balcony (Resident of c2d/26b, first floor). This has created a serious security hazard for us as he has also placed a ladder against the wall to illegally reach our floor level.

Further, he has illegally occupied at least 100 yards of open area outside his flat by pacing pots of plants as well as stone slabs and blocked access to the general as well as parking area to other residents of the block.in addition he has locked the gate which gives access to the back lane to the residents.

Since our previous complaints were not addressed, he is continuously occupying more open area and our rwa is powerless to stop this encroachment.

This may please be addressed on a priority basis.

Barking & biting from dogs
I am a resident of h. No. 34/44, west patel nagar new delhi. I bring to your notice and mandatory piece of information that we are facing tremendous problem due to the 8-10 street dogs in front of our house. These dogs attacked on the street passerby and as well as neighbours also. Sometimes they bite & wounded childrens & adult passing through the dog. Due to these dogs the atmosphere of the gali is too bad. We scars when we were passing through the dogs. These dogs regularly moves here and there in the gali and spread loiter due to which we are facing great hardship to live. We request the dog squad of mcd to kindly take some action immediately and send the dog squad immediately to avoid these problems.

My name is mr. Sumit and would like to inform you that there is one private dog in 2/44, ground floor, vijay nagar, double storey, delhi - 110009, which is barking all the time without any reason and the owner is not taking any action. My work is very delicate, so can not bear any outside unnecessarily dog barking noises, so i please request you to take appropriate action against him.

Even there is also one private dog clinic which is running illegally in 1/10, ground floor vijay nagar double storey, delhi 110009 as well, don't know how they clinic got licence in this residential colony.

I want to file a complaint regarding 10 to 15 dogs in our street and parks of a-block vikaspuri, around three dogs recently gave birth to 10 puppies, now nos. Are continuously increasing. Lot of dog lovers give them milk and now they are the permanent residents of our children parks. As they are not only dangerous to people. They have biting the children and passerby regularly. Need urgent support from mcd to remove these dogs from our block to ensure our children safety.

There are lot of dogs and there lot of incident have happened till now and everyday they bite someone passing through street. It is big issue please look into this matter and remove all street dogs on immediately basis. People can be suffered from rabbies and consequently they can die. It is urgent matter

The main sewer line near my house gets blocked regularly. One month ago, i have face same problem. So many complaints have been made by me.

So, i would kindly request the responsible authorities to take necessary actions as early as possible. I shall be really grateful to u.

It is ridiculous that mcd is not taking any action to settle stray dogs at some designated place.
Govt. Has banned stray cattle’s on the streets or even no one can keep the cattle at his home they have to be kept in cattle sheds away from the city.
Why not mcd is making arrangement for the stray dogs. May be because they are not producing anything.
When we are sympathetic to cows than why care is not taken for dogs.
Everyday so many dogs are killed by accidents
They definetly make nussiance on the streets and are dangerous also.
So we should think about their rehabilitation and avoid politics over them.

There are two weekly bazaars in our area which are unauthorised. Details as follow:-
1. On sunday at bindapur matiala road, uttam nagar, one side vikas vihar and other side bhagwati vihar, uttam nagar new delhi -110059
2. On wednesday at shri ram marg bhagwati vihar uttam nagar new delhi-110059
Written to mcd and police authorities many time but no result.
Now i have received information from south delhi mcd by way of rti that these bazaars are unauthorized.
Again written to south delhi mcd as well to police authority alongwith copy of rti. Let us see further. Copy of rti is enclosed.

I live in the old rajinder nagar.in my locality there are lot of stray dogs, who are very dangerous bit people, especially senile & young kids. Moreover, lot of noise is created by them. Also inner streets (Which are very narrow & difficult to clean) get very dirty. Recently, one kid of 6 years while playing with other kids in the street got bitten by dog, although these kids were not creating nuisance for dogs.
I kindly request concerned department to take appropriate action.

Unauthorised construction at flat no.62 swastik kunj sec 13 rohini. They said money power is the big power and kehte hain jisko jahan complaint karni hai kar lo mera kuch nahi bigar sakte. And this is tru mcd officers and local police is not able to take action against him. Flat owner said meri approach k aage kisi ki complaint nahi chal sakti.

I tweeted same at pm modi ji twitter a/c also and all news channel/ news paper to and waiting for corrective action against this unauthorized construction of that money power family. Dekhta hoo kitne logo ko rishwat offer karenge

There is surge in population of stray dogs that are sick and are attacking the trans passers at regular interval. They are not vaccinated and have become wild of various infections. It is big threat to society and rabies is still not curable and life threatening.

I am living in Shashi Garden, Gali No. 7, Mayur Vihar phase-I, patparganj, Delhi-110091. The dogs here bark whole night and the people living here couldn't sleep. In day time the dogs bite stranger moving across the lane. Many of them get lethal bites. The girls couldn't move across the lane as Dogs follow them and usually men has to go along with her.

I am living in j-3 block in rajouri garden, new delhi – 110027.
In building no. J – 3/6 in one of the shop an illegal factory/workshop of injection plastic moulding is running for long time. The workshop doesn't even have a name. We identify them as plastic machine wala'. They are occupying the innermost space earmarked for setting up a trading shop.

They have installed heavy injection plastic moulding machine and making loud noise all the time and pollution from 9 am to 10 pm.

We requested them to shift the illegal factory but they did not take any action.

Due to this we are in heavy difficulty to survive over there.
Please take the action as soon as possible.

Hi,

I want to bring urgent attention of the concerned authorities to take immediate action on 7-8 number of wild stray dogs who have recently breeded in block t sector - 11 noida (Specially in last row near market).

The dogs would attack suddenly on small children or on old age citizens & would bark night long creating an absolutely unpleasant society.

I would urge authorities to send a dog van in the society on priority & contact under signed to join hands and get an urgent action going.

I live in 14b block, pyare lal road, dev nagar, karol bagh. On the road a local resident has acquired the footpath on the other side of the road for doing scrap business. The people who sit there hurl abusive words and eve tease the girls passing by them. Also the dwelling has led to various health and cleanliness issues as well. I have been complaining about the same on this portal for about 2 months but no action has been taken till date.

My name is sumit, a resident of gd-107, pulling phaladpur, new delhi. Our colony has two stray dogs that roam around within the street. They are 2-3 dogs and have even given puppies now in front of our homes. Every times we clean our colony foot path then 2 3 dogs poop and there owners or not caring of there dogs. When we tell the owners of 2 dogs then they fight with us. They barks in the night. So, it is not possible to sleep in the night and even students are not able to study properly because of disturbance. They also attack people carrying food. They are a hazard to all. We want them to be removed from the street with immediate effect. So, please take action as soon.

E-114, jeevan park, uttam nagar - second and third floor is unauthorized construction. The entire building is very weak. I am scared that the building will come down and lead to a big misshaping. Lot of families are at risk. We requested mr ramesh kataria who is owner of the property to not build the third floor however he bribed the authorities and constructed third floor and currently he has put it on rent.
He is violating the laws and putting lot of families at risk, just to make money through renting the property for rs10, 000. No house tax is being paid on these two properties owned by mr ramesh kataria.
I have made number of complains regarding pulling down this illegal construction and save lives. Please visit the property from inside and look how the walls are falling. Please visit the second and third floor and look at the conditions of the walls and water sipping into the walls and making the building even weaker.
I would request the authorities to please take action against this illegal construction and save many families from losing there lives. I have made several complains and no action has been taken. My family is risk and lot of our neighbors have been complain as well. We wish to see some action.
