Dear Sir, I am residing at Block C sector 8 Dwarka nd I have found that Street cleanning is not done here and one day i found one street cleaner and asked him that why he is not coming daily to clean the streets, he told me that " madam jab jis gali ka order milta hai waha safai karne chala jata hoon". the MCD incharge is Yash Pal Ayra. One more thing i came to know that my opposite street is cleaned everyday ... and its because a party member stays there. The garbage Van is also not coming daily to collect the garbage. In a week it keeps on leave for approx 4 days. and only three days it comes to collect the garbage. Each and every person is frustrated but no one is coming in front to make the complain. Kindly take appropriate action to make our delhi clean and green. Regards,

Dear sir,

I, Rajender Kumar Rathor residing at 1377, ground floor, type-2, Delhi Administration, New Delhi – 110007 would like to attract your attention that the tree back of my house has got old & its branches are bending into my house which may lead to probable damage to my property & people on the street. It is very dangerous as it can fell down and likely to cause injury.

I shall be grateful if you kindly look at the above problem and sort out the same to direct your concerned horticulture department for cutting / pruning the tree.
there are two trees due to which there is no sunlight at all and in these high winter temperature it is becoming very difficult to live. I am patient of deficiency of VITAMIN D.
I request you to help me by trimming these trees.

I would like to complaint regarding the worst condition in my street because of overflow of sewer. I'm a resident of A301 vijay vihar phase-1 rohini sec-05, near Shree Ram Bhawan

Sewer has been block from last one month. Even after so many complaint with the local mla and delhi jal board. No one came forward to help us.

It's a mess and all the citizens here are suffering from it. Because of the water, it's causing mosquitoes to grow. It very difficult o[censored]s to walk here. There is no way to walk. As there is a sewer water every where. Attached you will find a images and video of it as well.

Please look into this matter.

I am a resident of Hastsal Road, Uttam Nagar New Delhi-110059, I have a request regarding taking care of the stray cows, I have seen so many cows roaming one street to another in searching of food and also seen tears in their eyes, a human being of 60 kg needs three times of food, but the cow whose weight is around 600 to 700 kg roaming one street to another in search of food and they search food in garbage, so I request you to look after stray cows, provide them shelter, food, and their proper medical check-up. This is my humble request to you to show mercy on them.

There are many street dogs in our society. They are very harmful and dangerous for people living here including children and older ones. Please send someone to catch them.

This is regarding the unauthorised store in parking area and groundwater motor which is created by one of the flat owner. They do not share the access of groundwater motor with any of the other flat owners and they are either not maintaing it properly or its not placed well due to which the floor of parking is getting damaged day by day also the store that they have created is impacting our car parking space and we cannot park our car in proper space . As per my knowledge both the things are illegal as per MCD guidelines please look into this asap as we are facing huge problem. Please send someone to look into this issue.

There are so many aggressive and dangerous street dogs in westend green rangpuri, mahipalpur 110037. Due to which people are unable to jog, run or even walk. They have bitten some people and kids also.
Kindly relocate them somewhere else so that people can safely live there.

They become very aggressive and many have become a big problem of lots of people using the street. They chase almost everybody who uses the street. Only today, i was bitten by one dog. These stray dogs run after almost everybody who uses the street and many residents have been bitten by them., Request you please look into this problem on priority and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Sir I am a resident of c block street number 20 of Khajuri Khas area of ​​Karawal Nagar Vidhan Sabha in North East District. Sir, my complaint is that for some days 12 to 15 stray dogs have created panic in our street. Out of which 3 dogs have bitten small children passing through the street many times. In which a special dog which is a black color has also made it difficult for the passers-by to get out of that street. So I request you to solve this problem. Please take it seriously and solve this problem as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that from past few months (3-4 months) Garbage vehicle is not coming door to door in our locality, opposite PNB Bank street village khera kalan . In other part of the village they go daily. i have raised complaint three times on mcd helpline number but not any action taken up yet. there we have not any place to throw garbage. kindly look into this matter as asap.

This is to bring into your notice the illegal commercial activities being carried out in residential areas of house 74 block 18 Geeta Colony, Ground Floor, Back Entrance, Delhi-31. Where in illegal commercial activities take place. These people have made the life hell of neighbours in the name of illegal activities. There will be continuous loading and unloading of vehicle happening everyday and causing trouble to residents.
This commercial operator illegally cover the common passage or guli for their purpose whenever they are operating their activities. All the gullies have been constructed properly barring ours and these people cover the gully and cause inconvenience to the passerby.

The outside sewer on the road is blocked on D-92 Fateh Nagar, New Delhi - 110018. Its been blocked since 10 days and there is a very bad smell on the road and that's coming in the house now. We have made complaints on the phone also but nobody has visited to resolve the issue. Kindly take an action in order to resolve the issue at the earliest. Thanks

I am a resident of 3/27 west patel nagar. Covers of the drain passing in front of our gate(5feetlong stretch)are broken or missing. This path is used by many senior citizens and is dangerous .In addition the drain has become a dumping place for garbage. kindly take action
