This is to inform you that we need one help from you. There is one black lame dog roaming in block of flats 02a to 20 a, pocket f mayur vihar ph ii who attacks every one passers by and children and their parents who come there. Two 2 of the adult members of the colony were broken their legs and had to undergo surgery and 6-7 person bitten by this black lame dog. We shall be thankful if you can remove the dog from locality for proper up keep and save peaceful residents from him.
And too many dog are in the garden pocket a and f and attack on children, so children dont want to go the park for play.

There is tree infront of my house and branches of tree are coming right inside my window. The problem is that i fear plastic shade of window w will break if the wind is fast because or branches of a tree. I urge you, please cut the branches as soon as possible.

My name is sahil. I am a resident of mayur apartment, sector-9 rohini, new delhi.
This complaint is regarding stray dogs in my apartment despite previous complaints to mcd department no action has been taken by authorities.
Day by day increase in number of stray dogs in our apartment thereby increase the case of dog biting. And fear is so harsh that no one is willing to come inside the building because of these dogs. Maid, courier services, workers no one is willing to come.
It's my humble request to the authorities to please send a dog catcher van and firstly sterlise these dogs and secondly do some arrangments for them by taking them away.

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of keshav puram area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on th road at c4-63 C Fourth floor keshav puram Delhi -110035, The owner has covered on fourth floor, is there are very old, DDA condtruction building The nearby childerns playing park already had covered the area on the road. All this construction have been very harmfull for 63 A-B-&64-A, B, C &62A, B, C flat Family members

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.Thankyou

My name is tushar rana, i would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which are in gorakh park, shahdara delhi - 110032, this area's people facing in these days. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I come late p from my office and i have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to people and bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities. Last night i came from my office, i was in gali no. 3 in from of kashi ram doodh wala sudenlly 2 dogs was barking and came to me and bite me on my legs and that same day i am just moving forward to my home which is near to dda flats, gorakh park and there are 3 dogs was continously barking on me came to me for scratch my body, so please kindly give attention on my situation because everyday i face this situation, there are lots of mad dogs and street dogs, this is most difficult thing for me i lose my confidence for do my job in night shift. This is not a save for us, generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. I have fallen on the bike two times as well. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon. There are large number of street dogs in whole colony of budhvihar phase-i. It is very difficult to pass from any street. Today one of the lady got badly bitten by a street dog. She had to get hospitalized today. Its actually dangerous for our children also who play outside home. Our street number is o-1/6, budhvihar phase-i. Please tow all these street dogs from budhvihar phase - i colony.

I pushkar mehta, resident of g-4 block, sector 11 rohini, would like to bring into your notice that after making so many complaints on street dogs which are breeding like hell in this sector everyday and no action is being taken place, recently i made a complaint no 6611, they assured us to do the needful but till date no one from the responsible department has turned up. It has become difficult to walk on the streets, everyday some or the other have a complaint of dog bite. Its my request to look into the matter seriously and kindly do the needful as early as possible.

I want to bring this to you notice that i live in kirari suleman nagar and there are people who are running there business in residential areas using the machines which are creating lot of noise pollution, we are unable to survive in this situation i. E. "sewing machine running everytime".

Park repair to whom so ever it may be concerned. I'm a resident of block 10 subhash nagar new delhi 10 block. We have a park in front of our home which is being used by unscruplous elements for drinking and other activities. I would be highly obliged if proper lights can be installed in the park & open gym equipment can be installed in the park for kids and residents for playing & exercise. We have also submitted a request to local mla mr. Setia but no action till date has been taken. Its my humble request to the concern team to please help with the same on urgent basis. There are factories and gym running in our steet which are creating too much air as well as noise pollution. There are around 4 factories and 1 gym running in a proper residential area. Boys from gym keep teasing girls and creates a negative environment for girls. Gym people drink alcohol in the street openly and it is very difficult for the girls to go from our street.
Because of these factories residents of our area are unable to live properly & the students are unable to study just because of high pollution.
So i request to you please take action early to early as possible.

We are staying at old palam road dwarka.

One couple is staying at my building from past 1 year. He is doing illegal activity with dogs without having a genuine permission from govt authority. He is doing mating of dogs and selling illegally.

Yesterday (4/1/2020) one incidence happen with our maid namely palak she was moving and doing her work near to the corridor and the dog of that couple jumped on her and bite her very badly and when we shouted on that couple he said it was maid fault not mine dog.

We as a residence of that building we are fed up with this couple kindly take the necessary action against this illegal activity in residential area. Address of the couple is mentioned below.

I would like to submit a request for catching the stray dogs in lado sarai, specifically behind the backside of kali mata mandir. These dogs have become a menace recently and people in the locality are getting a hard time sleeping in the night due to their barking. It has become so extreme that i had to visit the doctor due to sleep amnesia. Therefore, i would like to request you to please catch these stray dogs and put them in proper shelter so that everyone can live in peace.

I have submitted a complained for clear of sewer blockage while no is grv/snz/2019/149465 on 31/12/2019 but the problem is still there
This is reminder no.1 for your kind perusal and hoped that the authority would sort it according to your mandatory action in this regard

I resident of janak puri c4f block want to highlight the issue which we were facing these days, there are many street dogs in our society which are very pain full for us.
Request you to please consider our request & do the needful asap as we are not feeling safe in roaming in our society premises also.

Illegal electroplating factory is still running in 1620 first floor hathi khana bahadur garh road 110006,

Factory running by salim... There is a family who lived in outside area and factory running from behind... Acid and pollution conditions which is not bearable for us.. No action has be taken till now and not any concerned departments are serious to shut this factory and owner said that i give them monthly payment that's why they didn't come... We live near that factory and some serious accident can be happened any time... So please take a action as soon as possible... Thanks

निवेदन इस प्रकार है की मैं बलवंत कपूर सुपुत्र श्री मुल्खराज कपूर निवासी c-2/102, सैक्टर-5, रोहिणी दिल्ली-110085, का निवासी हूँ। श्रीमान मैं आपको सूचना देना चाहता हूँ की c-4/134, फ़र्स्ट फ्लोर व सेकंड फ्लोर जनता फ्लैट्स, सैक्टर-5, रोहिणी दिल्ली-110085 पर अवैध निर्माण किया जा रहा है ओर अभी अवैध निर्माण चल रहा है श्रीमान यहा जनता फ्लैट है ओर उपरोक्त पते पर भवन निर्माण का कार्य शुरू कर दिया गया है। ओर उपरोक्त पते पर भवन निर्माण संबधित ओर नक्शे के अनुसार नहीं बनाया जा रहा है। जो की कानून का उल्लघन है। अगर उपरोक्त मकान का भवन निर्माण नहीं रोका गया तो जान माल की हानि हो सकती है। श्रीमान उपरोक्त मकान के ग्राउंड फ्लोर c-4/130 सैक्टर-5, रोहिणी दिल्ली-110085 मेरा मकान है जिसका मैं कानूनन मालिक हूँ। श्रीमान यह मकान बिना पिल्लर का बना हुआ है तथा मेरे मकान की दीवार सिर्फ 4 इंच की है। और हमारे मकान के ऊपर उपरोक्त प्रॉपर्टी वाले के पहले से दो मंज़िला इमारत है ओर अब उपरोक्त प्रॉपर्टी पता c-4/134, जनता फ्लैट्स, सैक्टर-5, रोहिणी दिल्ली-110085 को दुबारा से तोड़ कर बना रहा है जिस कारण कभी भी कोई बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है। क्योकि दीवार कमजोर है। ओर भवन निर्माण करने वाले व्यक्ति अपने आप को बदमाश व बहुत जान पहचान वाले लोग बताते है। इसलिए मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूँ की उपरोक्त पते के मकान का निरक्षण किया जाए ओर अगर ये अवैध रूप से बनाया जा रहा है तो इसको रोका जाए। ओर उचित कार्यवाही की जाए। जल्द से जल्द मेरी समस्या का हल निकाला जाए।
अत: श्रीमान जी मैंने उपरोक्त शिकायत को थाना विजय विहार सैक्टर-5, रोहिणी दिल्ली को भी दी है जिसका डीडी नंबर 19-बी दिनांक 25.12.2019 है तथा स्पेशल टास्क फोर्स को भी दी है जिसका reference id sns[protected] दिनांक 25.12.2019 है। तथा north दिल्ली म्यूनिसिपल कार्पोरेशन को ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज कराई है जिसका complain id “northdmc/2019/12/[protected]” date 25.12.2019 है। तथा मैंने monitoring committee को speed post भी किया है।

जिसका नंबर ed[protected]in date 27.12.2019 है तथा मैंने एमसीडी रोहिणी जोन सैक्टर-5, को दिनांक 25.12.2019 को लिखित शिकायत भी दर्ज कराई है जिसका नंबर 6346 दिनांक 27.12.2019 है। श्रीमान जी शिकायत दर्ज करने के बावजूद भी उपरोक्त भवन का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। ओर अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गई है। उपरोक्त मकान मालिक हमारे साथ गाली-गलोच कर रहा है तथा उल्टी सीधी धमकी दे रहा है। ओर मुझे उपरोक्त लोगो से जान का खतरा है।
नोट: श्रीमान उपरोक्त भवन निर्माण मेरे मकान के ऊपर हो रहा है तथा c-4/134, फ़र्स्ट फ्लोर व सेकंड फ्लोर जनता फ्लैट्स, सैक्टर-5, रोहिणी दिल्ली-110085 के मालिक ने मेरी दीवार के ऊपर लेटरिंग बना रहा है तथा वह ऊपर जाने का रास्ता है जिसे उपरोक्त मकान मालिक बंद कर रहा है। श्रीमान मैं आपको बताना चाहता हूँ की दीवार काफी कमजोर है। तथा अब दीवार मैं सीलन भी आ रही है जिससे देवर मैं करंट आने का खतरा बना हुआ है। ओर दीवार कमजोर होने के कारण कभी भी गिर सकता है। श्रीमान जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाही की जाए।
