From last few weeks we are observing our neighbours are keeping and neglecting storing water on the terrace. Despite of knowing dengue and chickenguinea is on top. We have also informed them many a times but they don't take any initiative on this. Kindly please a have look on attache image and punish them.

I being a citizen of Delhi is hereby to inform you that from past 1 week or even more there is no garbage collection from our society, east Delhi, yamuna vihar . Due to this increase in health problems are there I'm the society .please do something for this as soon as possible because no. Of people falling ill are increasing.

Sir, there's so much garbage infront of my house. As building's construct infront of our house. They used to throw garbage on road due to which mosquitoes were flying. And sweeper were not doing there job properly they used to make a log of garbage infront of house if we said anything than they said do it urself. And they also asked for money. Please clean the area, we all suffering from fever and infection. The owner of constructed building not clean the garbage thrown by them. Kindly take strict action against this

Workers of mcd come after 4 5 days and they pick out trash from nali and put that trash on gali for soaking. After 8 to 10 days nobody came to pick that trash from gali. this is my second complaint for this. please do needful.
Even mcd van is not coming here from many days.

There is a tree near to my house -No.181-K-1, W-B-6, Sainik Farm(Khanpur Area), New Delhi-110062(In South Delhi), which is hanging on the high tension electric wire passing through it which may severe cause of damage to human being any time. The concerned authority may please be asked to take action to do the needful.

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the garbage problem faced by us in the area. Our main garbage bin is situated approx 500 meters from our house. The distance is increased over more because we live on the 4th Floor in the house. Being 2 member in the family, that too working, it is not possible for us to go for such a distance to throw the garbage.There is no van that comes to the area to pick the garbage home to home.

We seek the help of local garbage pickers who come house to house and charge everyone privately. There is a lady who is an MCD employee, with the help of few boys she picks the garbage. The whole money that is paid goes to that lady and the boys keep all the garbage. They sell the useful things and keep that money.

We do not have any problem whoever keeps the money and who does not.But the problem is these people are highly manner less, insolent and arrogant. They always misbehave with people if we try to speak to them. Sometimes they don't even come to the top floor to pick the garbage, as it is high to climb. Not only this, if we argue with them or try to guide them they throw the garbage on any of the below floors and threaten us to not to pick it up. Not only this we are bound to pay them extra money if there is any festival, any sort of function at home. If we don't do that then garbage is not picked. Newest of the case, Garbage picking rates are hiked by 100% of the amount.

They have created a monopoly and if we try to hire someone else to pick the garbage, that person is fought by these people and threaten by them.

We are highly in trouble due to all this. Garbage is piled up in front of the flat causing a lot of mosquitoes and other infectious insects which is not only harmful for us but for everyone around us.

Now we are hoping that some suitable actions will be provided to us against this.
Looking for a favorable response at the earliest.

This is to inform you about the waste that is accumulated on terrace of a house property located in Street 3, Vijay Chowk, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. The property is a semi constructed and disputed one wherein people have thrown their wastes which is creating unhygienic living conditions for families living adjacent to it. The same has been a cause of sickness of most of my family members as the same is giving rise to birth of mosquitoes.

Our school is a Govt. School namely RPVV, Nai Basti, Kishan Ganj, Delhi-110007, located just under the Pratap Nagar Metro Station, has become a permanent residence of dogs. School coming children are frightened with their presence. They get pregnant every six months and increasing their population. Kindly look in the matter and in saving the children from these dogs menace and let them study in a free and safe atmosphere. Pl. pick these dogs and save the children.

The potholes have covered by the cement concrete and mud/debris have been left out there by the workers on the street. We requested them to clear all the debris/mud from the street but they replay that was not their jobs and should be complain to mcd to remove the debris/mud lying on the street. The dusty air are affecting the health of the public.

On 14th september, 2016 i have logged a complain over the telephone help line no.[protected] and given complain number 1497 by the customer care. But till date no body came to clear the mud/debris.

Therefore, i request you the kindly do needful as early as possible. The prompt action will be highly appreciated and it will help to public for live in cleanliness and healthy life.

At the back of my flat there is a empty plot which is now converted to garbage house. we have made several complaints but nothing happened.

mcd people came one day and clean just a part of it and clicked the pictures and went back.

please try to help the resident as its becoming difficult to open my window or to come to balcony and its generating lots of problems to the nearbyes

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you. but I have already send lots of complaint to MCD, 2-3 days before on this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your good self that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

There is a mound of Garbage in a blank home opposite of C-19 street no-9, near modern fransis public school shalimar village for many years. this mound of Garbage never cleaned by neither neighbourhood people nor govt. As it's one floor blank home but now completely fulfilled by Garbages.
I request you to clean it ASAP as it is becoming cause of diseases like dengue, chickengunia.

We are residing at pocket G-26 house no.440 sector 3 rohini, New Delhi-110085.We are facing problem from a stray dog who is heavily infected. Last night i was bitten by this dog. He had already bitten me, a small kid and few people in the locality.

We request MCD to take urgent steps in removing this stray dog from the colony as he can bite other people too.

With due respect sir, i, vasu rathi of 11 & 12 l, st. 3, kali ghat pusta road, wazirabad village-delhi, is bring to your kind notice that our neighbour, mr. harbhajan singh is installing a mobile tower on his roof. we have complained about it to police several times but they say that they cant do anything. our S H O OFFICER is also with him. we all are very distraught from this and request to you sir that they are installing a highly dangerous thing in our area, without mcd permission . this is not a big insult of mcd department but also give way to another people to oppose mcd department. so please take a strict action towards these people.

Myself, som Prakash MALHOTRA, resident of 2/3, vijay nagar, double storey near mother dairy, want to complaint about stray dogs in our locality due to which we people are feel unsafe at most times. It is my humble request to catch them without any further delay. It will be a big relief for the residents.

Second ally, kindly make arrangements for stop mosquito breeding in our are, as many of students are staying here in rented accommodations and not following the safety measures . Plus also send a team for fogging to control these mosquitos.

I'll be great full if an early action was taken...
