Please read this completely. Hi, i am saikumar citizen of dilsukhnagar, hyderabad. There are 3 dangerous dogs in my street which are biting and chasing people. These 3 mad dogs are creating a lot of disturbance to citizens. Please find a solution for this. Please please please read this and take action. Please show concern.
