Dear sir/ma'am,

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.
They have been biting people and it is really getting difficult for children to go outside and play fearlessly. They have become very aggressive. People just provide left over food to these dogs but do not know how to train them, strangers are unable to pass by the roads safely. Now that the other two roads have been dug near our house for laying the water pipeline there is no choice but to pass by the lane that has plenty of dogs. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
