Dear Sir, I am Ajeeth from Hyderabad. Yesterday I visited Bigbazar at Abids and after my shopping I went to Dosa Point in the same mall and ordered for Dosa. I tasted it and felt that the batter using for dosa is may of three days old. I argued with them but the hotel people recklessly said that eat or go, which shows the arrogant attitude of the hotels nowadays. As per the rules the hotel should provide the water to the customers. But the hotel is not doing that also and the kitchen is not hygine also. Please take proper action on such hotels so that people get atleast awareness and get good food.

As a part of road extension opp. to Forum Mall- Kukatpally, the trees located on the road-side are being chopped down.
It is our responsibility to safeguard our environment. So, instead of chopping the trees, please look out for an option to shift the trees to a safer place and plant them.
I request the government to kindly look into the issue before it is too late and do the needful.

Dear sir this is to bring to your notice that in our area bhagathsingh nagar, chintal there are more 50 street dogs. These dogs are creating huge problems on roads daily. While kids are playing outside it is coming on kids to bite and people going on bikes and walking these dogs are running behind all the people. We are more afraid to go out after 9 pm due to dogs attacks. Kindly do the needful.

Respected sir / madam. I am a student residing in 3-6-565 st. No -8, himayathnagar, hyderabad. 500029. I have a complaint regarding the stray dogs in our street. There are around 7 - 8 dogs in our street and they are destroying our vehicle seats by tearing them apart. We are paying too much to repare our vehicle. I hope you understand the situation and take quick action. Hoping so.

Hi, I'm a resident of balkampet near sai baba temple.Opp to Laxmi sai residency old drainage pipes and wastage has been dumped on the road and left unattended from past 1 week after restoring it.This is causing foul smell and its been dumped right at the entrance of building leading to dangerous hazards to the motorists and kids.Please collect your waste after you restore.

Kindly send a dog catching van in this area as the dogs enter the villa area and spread the carbage in and around the premise causing lot of Monaco

I was submitted all necessory documents for the permission of a poultry farm, I step down the office for several times, but no decissions were taken, after a long time waiting my documents are placed in the board meeting and approved, but the secretary didnt gave the number for making report, he irresponsible and it take a lonh time for just writting the one line number of approved documents, when i came for talking he went inside a room and no response, this is not a first time incident, a usual incident in the panchayath. So I humbly request you to take necessory steps againt the panchayath.

Dear Concern,
As per the CM order, Hyderabad should be pothole free. I could see the work going but mostly it is not up to the standard. Due to this there are lot of accidents happening. People say life is precious and due to the authority negligence, people are facing problems. We are not understanding one thing, there are heavy funds organised for development of roads and infrastructure but i cannot see that. Maybe i am blind or the government is blind.

Ex: Lanco hills road was good till last week and all of sudden the road has gone to worst condition. A biker lost control on the sand filled on the road and bumped to a truck.

This is to file a complaint against those workers who collect domestic waste from houses.as a part of swatch abhyaan, we respect the strategy of giving away domestic waste to ghmc ppl., and that doesn't mean they have to take advantage over it n demand money from people.generally we pay 50/- monthly to ghmc guys but now they r demanding 60/- along with 200/- in advance which is so ridiculous. Is that what we expect from them? Is it what our PM expected? Kindly take action regarding this issue n resolve it, which is taking place in kranthinagar colony of hyd by some ghmc lady.

I would like to register a complaint regarding stray dog menace in our locality, there are too many dogs and are making a lot of noise whole night. Some are even causing damage to the vehicles in our locality.There were only a few before but now plenty of dogs from other streets have also come. Please send dog catchers as soon as possible.

Our compound wall has been collapsed by our neighbours Mr Patil ([protected]) in the month of December 2015 when they were demolishing their house to construct a new one.

They initially said they will first construct our wall and then start their construction work. Its 6 months now and they have not built our compound wall.

They started constructing their house at a distance of around 8 to 10inches (less than 1 feet)from our compound wall and since its not possible for a person to stand in such a distance they said they will finish laying the slab for both the floors, build the wall and then do our compound wall.

Thou they have finished both these things, they are still not building our compound wall. There is plenty of dust, cement, stones and lots of water coming to our house on a daily basis since the distance is less than a feet.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct them to build our compound wall immediately.

Sir, my self is subba rao, a retired bank manager. I am a resident of bank colony, opp. St. Ann's grammar school, near sairam theatre, new mirazalguda, malkajgiri. The drinking water is entering in to the sumps mixed with drainage water (Drainage is flowing adjacent to water line). Added to this when ever the lineman releases drinking water (Once is 3 or 4 days) major portion of water is flooding on the road with out use. Line man is noticing this. But no use. The water we are getting is not even fit for bath leave for drinking. I read in the news papers that it is the responsibility of a line man to report the leakages to the concerned official. But no use. Please look into the serious subject and do the needful.

Sir/madam, i am residency of malkajgiri area, near mirjalguda kamble apartment drinking water pipeline is busted and water is overflowing and mixing up with drainage water, facing horrible smell of drainage in drinking water... Road also damage, and facing too many problem of drinking water in this area from past one month. Please take some serious action on this matter.

Iam anupama from kadambur panchayath. As iam handicap with 50%. I submitted all documents for the 3 wheeler in pinarayi on 1st december 2016 as per panchayath consideration. When we enquire came to know that my document was lost &they want me to make another full document and it was almost done then panchayath is telling the it was over. Sir please help me with my requirement. I hope i will get a good positive reply

The dogs on the Building creating a lot of problem to the people nearby. They are even though scary to come out of the houses. The dogs are attacking on the peoples. It creating problems for every one. They are suffering a lot. One of them was caught by us in chain. Dogs are attacking on children's. People who comes for hospital which is in our building, they were facing many problems.

appln.no ON 20/12/2016, by querying in site I have found that my form
is still pending by showing many shortfall after submitting all necessary
documents at the time uploading the same. Since then I have followed
your staff regarding the clearance for LRS and the payment of the due
amount, but no use till now. In my shortfall ULC/NOC is showing
due for my SY no.22 where it is not come under ULC. If it comes under
ULC/NOC they(GHMC) have to get it done from the related depts. as the
single window/transparency system, I want to know where ULC/NOC
is issued on plot no.-wise or Sy. no.-wise, if it is on Sy.no.-wise I will
submit the neighbour's ULC/NOC which is approved for LRS with in the
same SY.no./colony/location.
Hence I request you to do the needful as I am the genuine owner,
zero litigation land, and ready to pay the payment. And also request you to do all inter-related
activities once the application is uploaded by the owner and give
final reply to the owner by eliminating extra obligation.

Complaint regarding overflow of drainage in our house premises situated at Shah Ali Banda bearing Hno: 23-6-893/1 shah ali banda, Hyderabad 500 065 the drainage is flowing into our house premises from the main manhole. The entire place is stinking and causing lot of inconvenience. We request you to kindly attend immediately and do the needful... Please let me know any contact number available.
