Dear Respected Sir/Madam,
We have constructed hour house in November 2015 near to Panchayath Office, Tadigadapa (House is on my mother's name Ms. Ankem Naga Rani) and we have applied for the house tax in the same month and they said April 2016 you will get, so we have submitted our application and kept quiet till April but they haven't come to our house but they have come to house beside us and they gave house tax to them. We have gone to Panchayath office and asked again for it, they said you need to submit application again and we did so. Till now they haven't come to our house and to measure even; last month we again asked why you are delaying and they said we will send, and you need to submit application again because of new year and we did so. But till now we they haven't come to measure of house and provide house tax. In the next street to us there is a new building constructed and it was inaugurated last week and they got House Tax, Still we didn't get it. It is almost one and half years rotating around Tadigadapa Panchayath office and they haven't provided House tax to us. It's been so difficult to get posts and couriers and give our address to someone without Door Number. Mrs. Swaroopa Rani, secretary and Mr. Ravi Prasad Guraja, President are so irresponsible and rude to give information. And their behaviour towards us is unrighteous.

I am a resident of H. No. 17-3-584 yakutpura chunne ki bhatti Hyderabad, inform to you that drainage manhole in front of my house drained water mix in my home bor water since five yers, small children in the house who is going to get sick after drinking the water before the complaint is made, but to no avail i request to kindly resolve the problem at an early date.

I am resident of Jewelcrown apartment at shirdi sai nagar, Manikonda hyderabad. Our builder constructing another block adjacent to our apartment without any safety measurements and against rules. No covering of construction area...no safety measure for workers. Cement, bricks and sand thrown from 4th floor to ground floor there is no cover or sheet to protect residents apartment. There is no proper place for fire engine to enter our premises. Despite many requests by residents there is no action taken. This on going construction causing health issues for residents of apartment and other neighbours as dust and cement flown in the air and there is no stoppage. This building being constructed right beside to big open Nala. I wonder even how they managed to get permission. Forget about standing outside of our flat...Even in balcony...our kids can't wait for school bus as construction is in full swing and many objects falling on the path way of apartment. Lucky we escaped from such incident as big hammer thrown from 5th floor and it fallen on our grill otherwise we would have killed. So much of dust, cement, bricks thrown freely from top floor to ground floor. There is no guarantee that would fall on designated place and not hurt by passers and workers. We are living under awful conditions as there is no fire safety even fire engine can't enter into our premises. Please stop this illegal construction building and save us and our kids. Please don't ignore or delay in action We have been suffering from this problem from more than a year. we don't have anymore patience to bear it.

Off late since last 1 month a new agency had started collection of garbage from our colony. The previous agency people would come to our second floor house to collect the garbage, (irrespective of whether or not we are at home) but the new agency are insisting that the garbage bin has to be kept on the ground floor.

In our case since both myself and my wife are working we do not have any choice but to keep the garbage bin outside and if the garbage is not collected it is resulting in dogs playing around with the garbage and spoiling the entire ground floor.

We still do not mind getting the garbage down to the ground floor from my second floor house, but if the municipality people are coming after 08.30 AM in the morning, we are ;literally struck with the garbage.

We are honest tax payers to the state and central government and would want the concerned municipal officer / councillor to address this issue.

Either the garbage clearance people come by 8 in the morning or they come to the second floor and clear the same.

1. I am a resident of H No 5-9-240/28/C, Shaili Garden, near boddu kamalam function hall, Yapral, secunderabad-500087, iam working for the INDIAN ARMY.

2. The marriage function hall named BODDU KAMALAM Function hall is adjacent to my home, where there is regular occasion for loud volume DJ MUSIC and CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL by attendees with no timings adhered to for playing music for the last 02 years.

3. My daughter is appearing for her CLASS X Board exams and finds it very difficult to concentrate on her studies due to noise pollution .

4. My aged parents can't stay with because of the noise pollution here, my family feels unsafe with people drinking in open when ever there is a function at the marriage hall.

5. The owner of the function hall has been approached by many affected residents of the colony for a peaceful solution but in vain leading to lot of stress and health related issues to our families.

6. we and the residents have complained to the Police many a times when ever loud music had been played causing us to go through agony, but our grievance has not been taken seriously.

In boduppal, (Tirumala midows colony) survey no.215, plot no.226, 227 and 228 illegal road is laying, and many illegal constructions are going on., they themselves subdivided their plot and constructing houses without any permission., already complaint was filled on 16.01.2017 but, not no action was taken and the party layed slab also. Please stop and demolish the constructions immediately

The workers in the controller and legal metrology office in gandhi nagar, hyderabad. Have been burning waste daily, the flames often reaching the height of 2-storey building. I have taken this issue to the notice of the administration and complained about it to ghmc but of no use. We are unable to bear the smoke and soot. Please take care of this. Two trees have already fallen because of the heat from the fire.

Good afternoon dear respected sir, madam my complaint is on mb dargha is about all the kowkoor dargha we are getting very hugely problem due to mentals are getting out of dargha and they can do harm to us after the all owner not taking care of this they are misusing the money of dargha by making their own houses in dargha and after buying new cars they doesn't kept the bathroom cleaned u can check the public dargha who visits the dargha get the problem due to not having improper bathrooms my hope is that make and provide the facilities to the visitors and keep clean the roads on every poonam and amavaza please make such action on the dargha and dargha to recorrect the issue

This is a humble request from myself as we (colony people) are threatened daily by a flock of dogs in our colony almost 70-100 in number and especially 6 dogs in my lane itself.
They are going mad and coming onto us daily.
Please take the necessary measures to eradicate them or else we are left out with taking severe actions against them.
Dog catchers rarely come and catch just few and leave.
Please motivate your (GHMC) dog catchers to spend a complete day in our colony to catch them properly.
If anything happens to the humans here, we shall be ready to take harsh steps as its our life threatening situations here.
This mail is a kind reminder for caring to animals too. Please take the necessary actions soon.

Our narrow street is fully gathered with drainage wastes and recently due to sort of road constructions in our street it is fully surrounded by heavy stones and sand . I request kindly to clear all the wastage and constructed wastes as it is spreading unpleasant odour. thank you.

Subject: request for removal of Illegal unauthorised permanent construction on footpath and Road leading to narrowing of main road.
Respected Sir,
We the residents of GHMC Circle 7, Mallepally, Hyderabad would like to bring in to your kind notice that one Khaja Yousuf Shareef s/o Late Abdul Ghafoor aged about 65 years owner of shop nos. 11-3-865/A/1 to 4 has covered 89 Sq. yards though his registered sales documents and Encumbrance certificate show only 36 Sq. yards, the difference of 43 Sq. yards is on the GHMC Municipal Footpath and Municipal road and the public is suffering from this illegal permanent encroachment. There is neither space for pedestrians nor for parking. Moreover he built permanent construction and structures on the Road which is causing huge traffic jam. Being the circle of Mallepally mosque there is high traffic flow due to which several accidents occur every day together with street fights among the public. It is extremely difficult for our ladies and girls to use this road. Hence in the interest of the safety of community and for smooth traffic flow we appreciate you taking appropriate action by demolishing the permanent structures created on the foot path and the road.

DEAR sir /mam,
a mad street dog in our locality is chasing people. there is a lot trouble because of it .the children are having no safety .it is not even us to cross the gate .the situtation is getting even worse .

so, i request the officials concerned to send a dog catcher and remove that mad dog immediatly.

There is a street dog in out lane which is trouble people a lot. Till date it has bitten 5-6 people and everyone is scared to chase it out. There is someone in the street a who really cares about it but they don't bother to either tie it up with a chain nor control it when it gets aggressive on someone. They won't even bother if it bites someone and respond with some lame reasons. It is a really huge trouble a for us. No one including the delivery guys i are getting scared to enter this street becaus of this dog. Can you please take this issues forward to the concerned team and help us to get rid of the dog. Sir,

There are around 20 street dogs in JV Colony, Gachibowli. They run after our bikes and sometimes we have the risk of falling and hurting as road in this area is still mud road. Please sir i request you to catch these dogs and take them away. Also the roads in this area are mud roads. Even though cemented road was to be made by January 2017 the roads are still not good. Please build these roada for us.

For the past two days street lights are not working in Road No.6A, Margadarsi colony, Kothapet Hyd. Authorities plz react immediately and do the needful. Senior citizens and children are suffering a lot. There fore I request you authorities plz send an electrician immediately to repair the same. There is a threat to the pedestrians because of the street lights failure and there is a chance of robberies in the locality because of non functioning of street lights and chances of occurring untoward incidents. Plz do the needful with out fail.

Catch the street gave birth pups in house no 1-9-616//2 addikmet, VIDYANAGAR, hyd-44, and biting the passer by on the street kindly arrange to catch the dog and save the people of this street that dog is street dog and taking shelter in the house, taking shelter in the bushes of that building and creating a dangerous situation and public are getting panic

I am writing from secunderabad, Kanajiguda, Telecom colony street no# 6. The trees planted by GHMC are so close to the compounds of our houses that the branches are literally growing into our balconies. The people of GHMC dont even bother to cut down the branches from time to time. the over grown branches are disturbing the electric wires which run into the house. Kindly request you to take necessary action to avoid inconveince in our daily life.
