Sir, we have a serious issue of drainage overflow infront of our house from past 6 months no one is bothered from Ghmc .. we use to call local damage cleaners for cleaning monthly 3 times they are charging per cleaning 400-500/- happening .drainage water is overfilled and flowing on road it's very difficult to walk on road as the passage of people must be through that water which has been a serious issue .. i hope for a immediate response and solve the problem hope for a positive response from ghmc...address Hno:09 East Kakatiya Nagar, Old Neeredmet, Near Sheets Hospital... Please Help us to avoid this problem as my kids playing around...

As we have a problem with the street dogs makes lot of problem, kids are fear about the street dogs while going to school and outside. Every time at night makes the loud voice (Crying) so please solve the problem and catch the dogs as soon as possible

Hello sir,

I am living in vineyard cedar apartments, defence colony, sainikpuri would like to get to your notice that we are facing horrible dog menace in our street and the number of dogs are increasing day by day. I request you to kindly look into this issue at the earliest as the dogs are not allowing our children to play. The dogs start fighting all the night and the sound is becoming worse. The dogs have bitten many of the kids in the street and the consequences are even more worse. The children are so scared to play which makes me feel very bad.

As we are facing lot of problem for garbage . The person whom you have appointed for collecting the garbage comes once in 3 days. Their are more than 30 houses in our colony, we always request him to pick up the garbage daily, but no response by him, Our address is 5-1-116/117, goliguda Chaman. I kindly request you to take action on it. If you do so we will be grateful to you.

I reside in venkatrama colony, khairtabad (behind care hospital, road no1, banjara hills, hyderabad). There is a municipal garden which was earlier closed.Now nearby boys have opened the garden & there are issues of safety & hygiene.

Boys now come here to smoke cigarettes late nite, roadside people use the garden as a toilet. There are also occasions when couples come here late nite for indecent activities. Request you kindly restore the gate of the garden & close it. The entire society here is facing concerns.

Emergency action is to be taken as Drainage is leaking and causing bad smell in Asifnagar addresses of 12-1-792 to 796. The blockage is from addresses of 796 to 793 near gandhi statue lane, therefore please do the needful as soon as possible.

This is pending since a week so take action without any delay and make sure people are benifited as this is effecting health of the colony people

We residents of madhura enclave, alwal, secbad have been facing trouble with dogs in our locality, there are huge number of dogs barking behind the people and chasing the people many times, even kids are scared to play around, this is not only in our area whole secunderabad and hyderabad dog population is multiplying day by day. It wud be great pleasure i[censored] please send a dog van to catch them and save us, i hope you understand the situation,. Please do agree our request hope u solve it as early as possible as we are facing very hectic problem

Dear sir, I stay in road no 86 3rd face jubilee hill . The ghmc vechile comes everyday to collect trash and I pay Rs/-100 every month for that . Now suddenly he says I should ask my servants also to pay for the trash collection every month otherwise he wouldn't come and take trash from my house . I asked him why will the servants pay they can't afford and they won't pay, so he stopped collecting trash From past 15 days . my question is it mandatory to pay for the tax collection .

Its been three days alreadyl without collecting garbage from locality. No one is taking action even if we complaint. Small small kids playing outside and it may cause contagious diseases.

The garbage pile up at Brahmanwadi is so huge that it can be converted into a walk way over the railway line connecting Kundanbagh. And, it has been so for over a week now. The stink is so nerve wrecking, it is a wonder how people are staying close by.

Have you wondered if it suddenly rains (like it happens quite often in the city) what the state of the garbage would be? Entering open drains and clogging them. You'll have more to handle.

Please clear it ASAP (as soon as possible)

I have placed numerous complaints regarding this since 22-may-2016 regarding the trees and garbage which were dumped in front of my house.

The concerned person Mr.Vijay Kumar cell no [protected] would not attend the calls. In the past on numerous occasions he would ask the sweepers to collect the garbage and burn it in front of my house. This smoke would pose a serious threat to my wife and my health as we suffer from respiratory problems. Both o[censored]s are 70 plus years old and also have young grand children.

This is how serious Mr.Vijay Kumar iis about his job and the health of the people most vulnerable, the old and the young children.


The trees which the government officials have cut as a result of heavy rainfall have been cut and dumped in front of my house and following their cuesome people started dumping garbage. This has been happening for 10-12 days. The first complaint was on 22-may 2016 and rather than attending to thecomplaint and having it removed Vijay Kumar had mentioned as having attendedto it . This is how serious the GHMC owrkers are.

In the past the workers under Mr. Vijay Kumar in this area would collect garbage and burn it in front of my house which would pose a serius problem to my family members andmyself. I had even uploaded a photo of them in that act and posted it.

I request the GHMC to remove this garbage and trees which the government officials have dumped in front of my house.

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people, also two dogs attacked my wife two days back Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.

We are residents of Malkajgiri, the road of Sai nagar from Sai baba kamaan to the Malkajgiri railway station is being broken and repaired repeatedly so much so that the road has completely spoilt. When asked to the workers why are they breaking the road they say in telugu "yemo sir, ma sir chepindu memu chestunamu", they break the drainage and repair again. If at all luckily the road is done with new tar road, again the unworthy contractors along with their workers come to dig the tar road. This is a menace taking place since 2 years. They some times come for drainage, some workers come for cables and break the sides of the roads. Many accidents have taken place here. Respected GHMC, please take immediate action towards these contractors who either do not know how to make the workers work or pretending to be so.

As our lane is small the drainage water is overfilled and flowing on road it's very difficult to walk on road as the passage of people must be through that water which has been a serious issue been 7days no resolution i hope for a immediate response and solve the problem hope for a positive response from ghmc

I have paid ghmc property tax of rs 101 + rs 4.58 (Your service charges) online through your payment gateway today (31.05.2016) through my hdfc bank account. I have not received any confirmation of payment of property tax but the amount has been debited to my hdfc bank account. Please verify and advise me or refund the amount to my hdfc bank account.

Garbage lifting in addagutta has stopped since last 15 days with reasons that we are not having any rickshaw/vehicle in front my house Near masjid. addagutta, Near tuaramgate gate police station the premises has become dumpyard and ue to which dangerous fever attacked to the residence and the movement of vehicles has become very hard. We have complained to the Supervision and Sanitary staff but so far no action has been taken. Please try to take this request very seriously and instruct the official to remove the garbage. Hoping and keeping faith in the Greater GHMC, Hyderabad.

We are registering complaint on behalf of Residents of Padmanabha colony and Vanity colony opp.BapujiNagar Bowenpally Secunderabad with regard to the stray dogs .The dogs climb the compound wall and enter the houses
and create nuisances .And small children are unable to play outside..We request the authorities to kindly take away dogs and provide safety.

We stay ta qutubulapur road, near suchitra junction. Our house is on the main road.
From last 3 yrs everyday drainage water keep flowing on both sides of the road, which leads to-
Lots off accident to pedestrians and who wheeler riders because they don't want to walk or ride on drainage water
Drainage keep flowing out side our gate and it's difficult to move out,
House house stinks
Our kids fall sick also most every month

I'm an citizen of India wanted to share problems around me.
There is no proper maintenance of ghmc, the roads are not cleaned, the streetlights are not working since 6 months, the garbage person is not regular on his duty there is no one out there to take any action against them.
I request you to take action against them and hope you solve the problems out here
