Municipal Corporation Of Greater Hyderabad — complaint about drainage leak

I'm a resident of hig-9b, opp. Santosh nagar police station, santosh nagar, hyderabad. We're facing the drainage overflow problem from past 1 month. I have already gave complaint but nobody came or contacted yet. Please, kindly look into it as soon as possible.
Because of bad smell and over flow of drainage water we are unable to use the toilet and bathroom. And also this drainage leak is leading to unhealthy environment.
Please, get this resolved as soon as possible because there are small kids in the house and it is not healthy for them.
