Municipal Corporation Of Greater Hyderabad — Complaint against my Back House (H# 2-2-1109/7/3) constructing 3 Floor Building without leaving any Set Backs

My back House North side House# 2-2-1109/7/3, Plot# 9, Owner “Chandra Shekar” constructing house of 3 Floors by projecting 3 Floors without leaving any Set Backs by not considering GHMC rules. This causes Ventilation, Privacy, Security and Rain Water from his walls directly falls in my Compound Walls and in my Compound. This is causing inconvenience to the residents around his house. We have informed him repeatedly.
I have called GHMC help desk and followed up multiple times regarding the complaint but till now there is no action. Owner is continuing to complete the construction quickly and saying he cannot dismantle the structure. He says he has the approval from GHMC.
I request higher authorities to please look into this matter.

Updated by srinivasekbote There is no action against the Owner of the unauthorized Construction by GHMC till now. What si the sue of this website if there no no resolution to the citizens. Can you please escalate to the higher authorities of the GHMC to look into this.
